not completely satisfied tbh.. so, we asked permission to come late because we came from out of town and weren't sure about traffic jams in Jakarta that night, and they said yes. we arrived it was about 11.30pm and we had to knock on the closed fence and call the cs contact number listed at the fence. luckily there were still staff who opened it, but my friend will be late and arrived at 12 at night by car. he calls all phone numbers installed on the fence did not respond. I went downstairs and indeed there was no staff on standby or opening the fence (their excuse was because it was outside working hours and I tried to understand, but previously we have asked permission that maybe we are late). I went to the staff room where it turned out that they were there and were playing ML on their cellphones. I asked them for help to open it the fence because it was my friend who was late because of the wrong toll exit. the funny thing is when I called "mas" in front of the staff room door, I was like being ignored until finally one of the staff came out of the room, then I said that my friend was outside the fence, and had called cs but didn't pick up or was outside. and finally this my friend finally got in.. but again I try to understand for reasons outside of working hours (interestingly, in the morning my friend talked with the owner of the guest house, and he/she allowed room bookers to still be able to enter at 11 pm and above but why does it feel like we are being blamed when we check in. but still I try to understand. maybe that's the rule). if you want to buy food, I suggest ordering during their working hours, and don't order food from outside at 11 pm and above because the fence is closed, and the road to the complex has also been closed so can't order anything this info was told by one of the staff at this guest house. our room is spacious, comfortable and fragrant, the toilet is clean. unfortunately no hot water to drink or make food and unfortunately the tv in our room couldn't turn on, but that's okay because wifi is available so we can use our cellphones to watch something. The AC is good and cold, great! the place is clean and quiet. this is just a little story from me to share, overall its a really good guest house, just needed to pay this little attention to something like this again.. it make more perfect to stay here. especially at night when we were starving and didn't bring anything to eat.

I was attracted to this place because of reviews from this app and the other apps review. The guest house was easy to find, but the access road was so small because it was a residency. The guest house has a lot of room, but a limited parking lot. I stayed in the highest room type, the Suite Twin Rooms. Turns out the room was on the roof with own garden. The room was spacious, but with a twin single bed, it feels like too large. No sofa in the room, only two chairs with tables. Since it has no lift, I have to use stairs, and it was exhausting especially if you have to go down and go up in a hurry. I am not recommending this room type, especially if you have the elderly. Please don't expect too much from this guest house. The complimentary is only 2 bottles of drinks and liquid soap. Even they do not provide hot water. This was a challenging thing since I always need hot water. So if you staying here, always prepare to bring your own kettle, cup, toiletries, slippers, drinks, and even tissue. The bathroom was spacious, but don't expect to have adequate hot water. No, the hot water doesn't exist even though they have a solar-powered water heater. The furniture and room decoration were old, with dust. I think they don't have adequate maintenance for the cleanliness. When I swipe the cupboard, my hand palm turns black with dust. And my soles were also black because of the dust. No wonder I keep sneezing. The verdict are:+ Affordable price.+ Strategic location.+ Easy to get online transportation.+ Many room options.+ Swimming pool was great.+ Friendly staff (only 3 staff)- Cleanliness.- Complimentary.- Amenities.- Hot water.- Mosquitos and ants.- no lift. Despite all points above, this place was a quite good place to stay if you want a staying place with a strategic location. But if you want more service and satisfaction, better find another place to stay.

Saffron Suites Syariah is good & never disappoints during my stay there for the umpteenth time. The accommodation is according to the picture, the employees are friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable & quiet, the rooms are spacious, the wifi is smooth, the place is clean, the facilities are all functioning properly, suitable for families, the swimming pool is also clean. I stayed only for 1 night with my husband, when I arrived in the room, I felt like I was at my own home. The room is clean, the air conditioner is working well, it's really cold, the TV is also working fine, the hot water in the bathroom is also working very well. There are also towels and bath soap, mineral water is also available. There's only tissue in the bedroom, so there's only a tissue roll in the bathroom. So far it's really nice to stay here, the atmosphere is also quiet so it's good for resting. God willing, stay here again next time.

I really enjoyed staying here. 3 days stay at Saffron Suites Syariah was very pleasant. The employees are friendly & responsive. The room is spacious. Wifi is smooth. The hot water works fine. Came at 9 pm luckily the parking lot was still inside. Queen bed, I have 4 with 2 toddlers, it's a shame that there are no extra beds and extra pillows, so it's best to bring your own small mattress for the family. Narrow. Only the rooms are spacious. No breakfast. Oh yes, one more thing maybe you can sell pop noodles, a large size dispenser and mineral water are provided. The problem is that there are only pop class hotels with dispensers that can be refilled many times. Coz it's far to Indomaret.

Sesuai ekspektasi, cukup menenangkan walau di daerah perkotaan, udara sejuk, dan yang bikin nyamannya karena ada di lantai 2 dan view menghadap ke kolam renang. Dan kolamnya pun lumayan bersih. Pertahankan dan tingkatkan terus ya Safron.

Kamar bersih, toilet bersih. Sayangnya mau berenang kolamnya gak banget sih, harusnya kolam renangnya rutin dibersihkan. Apalagi di musim liburan, tentunya banyak yang ingin staycation sambil main air. Tapi pelayanannya baik dan ramah, ruang bersama juga bersih dan nyaman kok. AC dingin.
