Facilities are ok, non-smoking room but smells of cigarettes so it needs to be cleaned with adequate tools. The hotel is strategically located. It's just a short walk to Lippo Cikarang Mall. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance when we were there, so we couldn't swim. However, the room was comfortable and spacious, plus there was a bathtub so the kids could soak in it instead. Thank you.

I booked this hotel for staycation with my family. The room is spacious, but it's old.. I don't feel comfortable staying. The bathroom is not clean as i expected from a 5 star hotel. I was surprised the hotel didnt provide the slippers as part of the amenities, so if you want to use slippers then you need to request it. I booked 2 rooms for me and my family, and the other rooms also has the same issues. We decided to check out early in the morning... oh but the hotel allow to extend it until 14:00 with additional IDR 100,000 each room.

The first impression is of a classic hotel with a grand building. We were greeted by friendly staff and receptionists. There were welcome drink coupons redeemable at the restaurant. The hallways were carpeted thickly and soft to walk on. It was cool. When we entered the room, it looked clean and tidy. The walls were soundproof, and our voices didn't reach outside, unless we were screaming. There was a water heater. The bathroom had a tub, but no shower, so it felt like a throwback to childhood. Hahaha, this was nice. But it was a bit wasteful of water. The price is quite affordable if you book through Traveloka, but if you go with a show, it can be around 50,000 rupiah. Access is very easy. If you're coming from Jakarta and don't want the hassle of changing transportation, try the AObus, which drops you off directly in front of the hotel or hospital. Close to famous food stalls and Citiwalk Cikarang. Nice, comfortable, and peaceful. Perfect for bringing the family to stay here. I actually have a few questions for management, but I apologize if they're inappropriate. 1. There's no mineral water provided in the room. Compared to 3-star hotels, they only provide two bottles. Is this hotel policy? It would be very inappropriate. 2. The elevator button indicator lights don't come on when you press them, so new customers like me have to press them several times, even though they're already active. Is the elevator just without the button indicator lights, or is it actually dead? Overall, this is very good, especially if you bring your family. I chose this hotel after experiencing disappointment from previous accommodation rentals around this hotel. I checked in at 6 pm. For a 5-star hotel that is complete with everything, I only found all the interesting facilities in the morning around 8 am. I regret not taking advantage of it from noon and evening, but next time I will come back here again with my family of course. 😊

All the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is less varied compared to hotels in its class but it's okay, the taste is also okay, the hotel is quite old but very clean, but if I may suggest, the room freshener scent could be chosen with a more modern one so it's fresher, not one with a very old scent.
