I stayed in the executive b'fast room. Reviews. Got a rice field view. Complete room facilities, nothing is lacking, there is a balcony and also a bathtub. Get breakfast with many menu choices. It tastes good too. The employees are the friendliest of all I have met. The place is quiet for a comfortable rest, not noisy. Incidentally, I got a corner room but it wasn't scary because I got a balcony and a view of the rice fields. The room is also very spacious. Anyway, I feel at home if I stay here with my husband. Next time, if my husband is on vacation, he wants to stay in this room again. Reviews. The day before I booked, I chatted with the hotel admin via wa to ask questions but the response was lacking. At first my chat was answered, but recently I was asked to show the room directly while I was far away. And my chat is not dbls. That shouldn't be the admin's response via wa with the guest. A few hours when I checked out I realized I had left my charger behind. Then I called the hotel, it was still there. Just why not inform guests if something is left behind. Should the guest call first? Chanell in the room there is one that has no sound. I checked in the room at 14.00 but could only enter at 14.30 because there were a few that were not ready in the room. Though usually fast just a few minutes. Then when I checked out at 11.30 I was called, even though yesterday I was able to enter the room half an hour late. Please fix.

Service for Traveloka customers is very fast, and does not require a long bureaucracy, as soon as the receptionist is immediately given the room key that has been prepared.

For size * 3, not welcoming (right when entering, the front office is quiet and no one welcomes), the executive room which should be new and clean, right when you enter the air conditioner leaks, the wall is cracked, the chair sits dusty, on the sheet there is something like blue streaks -blue, then breakfast is not proper *3. There aren't many menu choices and the taste is really standard, then the swimming pool has never been cleaned, mossy, greenery. But the plus point is that the staff are friendly and always smiling

The mattress collapsed, the wifi was difficult, the extend phone was dead all the hotel rooms, the air conditioner was not cold. Noisy, a lot of green app visitors. What is clear is that there is no match between price and facilities
