This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. This is on par with mainland China. No toilet paper. All the furniture was falling apart. Everything was old and dirty. The room and bathroom smelled bad. The reception was kind and friendly. The front lobby was nice and beautiful. But the room was terrible. The AC was NOT cold, the shower head was defective and throw water all over the whole room including the counter/sink. The whole floor gets wet when the shower head is throwing water everywhere. The door doesn't have an electronic keycard, it uses an old style key. The bathroom has no fan and the room stay wet and humid forever. Worst experience ever. Location was good.

No hot water upon arrival till day 2, then OK on day 3 and 4 and no hot water again until the day we are check out, hotel is run down lack of maintenance, not recommended.

No hot water. I called reception at 7 pm. They asked apology that boiler was not working. 2 hours later they called to and told us that hot water is coming. We've waited till morning it ' s never worked. Bad old hotel.

A far from pleasant experience in an old and outdated hotel. Told the hot water was not working upon checking in. Went to my room (4019) only to found my keycard didn't work and had to be reset. My room was not nice with rather dirty bathroom, rusty disgusting shower, and a dead cockroach! The door lock was broken as well. Only one teabag and sugar each on the coffee set, no coffee at all. The only good experience I had were the good location and friendly staff. Other than that, I do not recommend this hotel except for a last choice. Thank you.
