My stay at the Sahid Hotel SBY was exceptional, from the friendly staff to its strategic location, to the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms. While it may be an older hotel, it's well-maintained, with everything from the air conditioning to its cooling effect.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit SBY.

For breakfast, even though I went to the restaurant early (around 7 a.m.), I don't know why most of the dishes were already sold out. Like the soto (soup) with only the broth left, no meat. The chicken porridge had no chicken. The only protein was leftover dory fish.

I took a superior room on the 8th floor when I got the best price. It's an older hotel, but still comfortable. You can hear the sound of trains every now and then, but it doesn't disturb your sleep. The room lights are dim. The location is quite strategic.

A fairly well-known hotel in its day, it's in need of renovation. The furniture is outdated, especially the spring bed and TV. The sheer curtains are also dusty and no longer white. The bathroom is okay, clean. The sheets are clean, and the AC is cool. Affordable, centrally located, close to the mall, train station, and many eateries.

The room is spacious, but there are some things that are broken, such as the toilet lid and the floor. And the bathroom door is stuffy and smelly when closed, even though it has been flushed frequently. Hopefully it will be fixed. It would be a shame if it was left like that. There is no internet access for Wi-Fi.

Our family of 11, sometimes just the two of us, often stays at the Sahid Hotel every time we visit Surabaya. Besides its strategic location in the city center, it's only a few meters from Gubeng Train Station, which is within walking distance. It's also close to several shopping centers in Surabaya.

The room is spacious, but there are some things that are broken, such as the toilet lid and the floor. And the bathroom door is stuffy and smelly when closed, even though it has been flushed frequently. Hopefully it will be fixed. It would be a shame if it was left like that. There is no internet access for Wi-Fi.

Our family of 11, sometimes just the two of us, often stays at the Sahid Hotel every time we visit Surabaya. Besides its strategic location in the city center, it's only a few meters from Gubeng Train Station, which is within walking distance. It's also close to several shopping centers in Surabaya.
