I had a great stay. Just that other people smoke in the lobby. It's annoying. I hate smoke it can cause me asthma 🤒

This hotel is really bad, the roof of the ceiling is destroyed so that the shards dirty the mattress. Bed linen, pillows, blankets musty smell. I really had to come here because it was already midnight with the kids and the next day I had to cross to Karimun. Honestly, I can't sleep because it's dirty.

Very close to port. Has wifi. Has hot water (but limited) good and kind receptionist. Cons:-ants on room floor.-broken shower handle, broken sink, and smelly toilet.-Breakfast can be better.-TV not working.

Hotel was OK. Not comparable to European standards. You can't expect much for this amount. As a transit overnight place it is fine. You can easily walk to the port. Ps They don't speak English but was not necessary for this short stay.

Our first visit here a few years ago, before the pandemic, was ok. Didn't expect a fancy place, but something strategic to where we needed to be the next morning. We were actually impressed that at least there was good service; However, this last visit was very disappointing. The staff didn't really seem to want to be there. Also, even though we didn't have breakfast included, we had hoped we could at least order something in the morning. However, we couldn't even pay to have breakfast. We had also been promised on our last visit that we could pay to have our car parked there for a few days while we took a boat to visit Karimun Jawa. This was not the case. Even when we asked for alternate plans, the staff wasn't helpful. They only directed us to the port to talk to people there. You would think that having a hotel in this area that the staff would know more than what they did. Sadly, with the service we received, we most definitely will not return to this hotel.

We left within the hour. Arrived in a dirty smelly room (smoke), toilet and sink were broken, water did not run. Sheets were dirty. The area is funky, a lot of noise with a big mosque next door. Don't go here.

The building is old, but clean, aqua bottles and hot water dispensers are provided in the hallway, there are towels, hot water and toiletries. Okay service. Very close to the mosque, behind the hotel. Restaurant is not active.

Entrance to the hotel is still charged a tourist entrance fee, collected per person as if entering a tourist area. Confirmed to the hotel, it was informed that I should not pay again, but answered the clerk at the main door to let there be income.
