When I first entered the room, I saw a dead small cockroach on the blanket and immediately asked housekeeping to replace it. The corners of the room were dirty, the bedside lamp was dusty, the bathroom looked dirty, and the doormat was dirty and hadn't been replaced. The location was close to ITB, which is why I chose this hotel.

The location is quite close to Kartika Sari Dago, but at night the road to the hotel is quite quiet, the rooms are not very spacious, the AC is noisy, noisy at night when sleeping, the wood of the wardrobe and dressing table is already bad, even the dressing table in my room is supported with wood because it is afraid of collapsing, if you want to look for something under 300 thousand, it's not bad

This is my 2nd time staying here. The location is very strategic. But I am very disappointed. The hotel should have given a warning to guests who bring small children. I was sleeping and heard crying, screaming, very noisy. What should have been a comfortable sleep was disturbed.
