Sapodilla Ubud

Wonderful customer service !! Very much like coming Home when in Ubud. Staff all so very thoughtful.,This is the second time i have stayed at Sapodilla and would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are luxurious and it’s like a little oasis off the busy streets of Ubud.

What can i say about this delightful hotel. We had a wonderful stay, albeit just 2 nights, in Sapodilla. The breakfasts are varied, large and delicious. The team are available for any needs and go above and beyond what is required of them. They make you feel as if nothing is too much. Centrally located in Ubud the hotel offers free transfers to the centre of the town and will pick you up again if needed. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Certainly the breakfast and shuttle to the nearby town center were convenient features. We appreciate the at will shuttles. Staff service was subject to personnel and if we can go along with her preferred service given. At the restaurant a lady seemed to be unhappy when I tried to understand the choices. minutes before getting on the Grab to depart, impression was shattered when I tried to verify the final bill. My question was ignored. Rather than respond directly to the question, she snapped and told me to sign. That was quite regrettable to have experienced that poor attitude. Consistancy was luxurious from staff to staff. Mosquitoes control was excellent. This was important and sure glad we were not feeding them.

Centrally located hotel with amazing hospitality, beautiful rooms and a fantastic pool. I like to walk more than taking cars/scooters, this hotel is located within walking distance to the monkey forest, markets etc. and have a free shuttle to assist everyone as well. Will absolutely stay here again when I am in Ubud!

This is a nice little hotel in Ubud (it’s IN the city, so good if you are planning to go to yoga, salons, shopping. If you want secluded jungle, this isn’t it). Bed is comfortable, pool is great and the courtyard is generally cute. Breakfast options are good. I loved the free shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up anywhere in town. Overall, great value for money.

Beautiful tucked in hotel in the centre of Ubud. Spacious rooms and surrounded by nature. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served either in the restaurant or in your room with many great options. Overall, it was a lovely experience to stay at Sapodilla Ubud hotel.

Staff were absolutely amazing!! Soooo helpful. Pool is beautiful, and our room was top notch.

The hotel location is not easily visible from the street and one has to look out for the signage. It provides complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud Centre. It also runs the adjacent Japanese restaurant which serves breakfast to hotel guests in the morning. Food from the restaurant is good. One can also find a lot of dining options along the same stretch of road. We are impressed with the excellent services by the hotel staff who were very helpful and responded swiftly to our requests. Some areas of improvements that the hotel management can consider are stronger water pressure from the shower facilities and brighter lighting in the room.

We had an incredible stay at Sapodilla. The staff are very attentive and always ready to help out. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is perfectly maintained and clean, and our room was excellent. We had breakfast brought to our room each day and the food was delicious, so fresh. I cannot recommend this hotel more, the location was perfect, an easy walk to restaurants and cafes, and even the Monkey Forest. The onsite restaurant is also delicious and we had dinner there with a lovely voucher from the hotel. We'll definitely come back here, it was perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made our stay very special. The amenities were clean and very relaxing. It is convenient and close to local shops and restaurants.

We stayed at Sapodilla for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon Bali trip. Set just off from the busy street, the serenity means you dont even notice that but its very handy when you want to explore the surroundings. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a balcony which had private steps to the lovely pool. The bed was spacious and comfortable and had a mosquito net if you're that way inclined though we had no issues with bugs. A large shower and stone bath ensured cleanliness in a luxurious fashion and the wide variety of breakfast ensured you never get bored. What truly sets Sapodilla apart is the service - a friendly smile at every turn and the use of whatsapp to keep in touch means any question or request you have is answered almost instantly. Their shuttle service is very thoughtful, saving on taxis if you need a quick lift to the monkey forest for example. There's a reason that Sapodilla is so highly rated, do yourself a favour and see for yourself.

The shuttle service was a blessing. It made arrival stress-free. The room is comfortable beyond expectations and staff have been so incredibly accommodating. The food has been scrumptious.

So many food reviews about the staff! And as soon as I arrived I realised why. I came during a personal bad time and ubud and this hotel and the staff healed me. It's magical. Worth every penny and more 💞

This hotel is a hidden gem. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room and entire experience was amazing.

I've stayed at Sapodilla Ubud three years ago. It is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately, this time I was moved to their sister hotel because the pool was under construction. The manager contacted me and communicated with me efficiently on the matter. Also, she gave me options as well because of the issue. The sister hotel Sabana is very clean, good wifi and the staff is friendly. The sister hotel is about 200 meters from Sapodilla, brand new (built-in 2019), and on a quiet road.

My sister and I really enjoyed our time here. The staff, specifically Eka really made the experience great and went out of there way to make you feel at home. The breakfast was okay and needs some work. But the other food options were great. If you need anything, just speak to the staff. A very unique experience. Different from other places. Give this place a try. Will definitely return.
