They booked a superior room, and the ticket issued clearly stated it was a superior room. But they got a twin room, even though they'd paid for the (more expensive) superior room. And the hotel said the voucher they received was for a twin room. It's unclear whether this was Traveloka's fault or not.

It's my first time hospitalized in Hotel Savero Depok, usually I stay at Grand Savero and Savero Style Bogor. Because I had business in the morning in Depok, so we had to be hospitalized in a hotel, when we entered the lobby we were greeted well and friendly, check in & checkout were also very fast and friendly.
The room was clean, the AC was cold, only the long pillow I suggest should be replaced because the foam is already dented haha and the bathroom was also clean, the water was abundant and smooth.
Breakfast was delicious and varied but not hot enough, it is suggested to be served to customers hot like side dishes, sausages and spaghetti, hot cappuccino was made by the waitress, it looked beautiful like in a cafe, thank you btw.
So the conclusion I will visit Savero Depok again, hopefully there's a promo for me.

I stayed + breakfast. Breakfast is varied but fried rice and fried noodles are too sweet. The bathroom floor is quite slippery, the shower flush closet is placed under the sink so it is difficult to take. The sheets and towels are dirty and slightly brownish

sorry forgot to take a photo, I came here because the store was being audited. I returned to the hotel at 3 am and the guys at the reception helped me up to my room floor, I was afraid of the early morning atmosphere of the hotel. But I decided to be brave because the lights were still bright enough. I slept on the 3rd floor and the hallway on the 3rd floor was also bright.

Stay here with the aim of being able to participate in CFD in Margonda Depok and just leave the hotel and you can go straight to CFD, the hotel location is very strategic, Room 807 has a drawback, the AC is leaking but not too bad, Parking the car is a bit difficult but is helped by the free valet facility by the hotel staff, Friendly service.
