I booked a total of 8 rooms at this hotel. Overall, the stay was okay, but I had an unpleasant incident with my personal belongings. I had placed some items in a paper bag at the corner of my room, and on the last day, I realized that a perfume I bought for my dad (a masculine scent) was missing. I informed the hotel manager about it and mentioned that perhaps it was my carelessness since I did not unpack the paper bag. However, I was frustrated and disappointed when the hotel later contacted me to say they had found the perfume under my bed, but it had already been used. The perfume was no longer full, as if it had been sprayed many times. This was upsetting because, firstly, it makes no sense for me to use it since it is a men’s perfume, and secondly, there was no fragrance smell in the room that would normally be noticeable if it had been used. To be fair, the hotel management did take responsibility by contacting me, apologizing, and informing me that they would send the perfume to my house. Unfortunately, until now, I have not received the parcel. Other than this issue, everything else was generally fine. Breakfast was very nice and delicious. However, the swimming pool could not be used on Saturday and Sunday as there was a wedding ceremony held at that level, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel rooms were a little small, but acceptable. The bathroom had warm water, but it required careful handling, and the water quality itself was not very good as it seemed slightly dirty. Overall, my stay was okay, but I do hope the hotel improves its handling of personal belongings, facilities, and water quality for a better guest experience in the future.

There is no comfortable waiting + no hot AC.. noisy because the wedding hall is an open space on the 2nd floor.. at night someone opened the room door with a card, luckily my partner was aware and screamed, otherwise he could have died from being robbed/murdered.. dusty, couldn't take it, finally checked out at 11 pm

The room smells of cigarettes. Especially the bathroom.

The mattress is infested with mites/bed bugs/bedbugs/tumbila I couldn't sleep The hotel has room service, so they should maintain cleanliness without complaint.

The hotel is easy to access but the cleanliness is lacking, there are cockroaches in the room. Please pay attention

Strategic location because it is in the middle of the city. Easy to go everywhere. The staff and service are all friendly, from the front desk to the toppppp humble. But I really like the rooms, many of which look worn out and no longer suitable. Prefer to be updated.. The bed sheets are dull, even the pillow filling is flat, it feels really uncomfortable. Sitting on the carpet immediately makes it itchy and bumpy. The kettle & glass look dusty huhu. I know why this hotel's rate is cheap but now there are many cheap hotels with good facilities too. Is there no intention of updating the hotel facilities? I really like it because Serela already has a name. Will come back here again because the staff service is really good. But if you think about the facilities, no if there are no improvements.

This is really a dud, as written in the review, the hotel is really lacking in maintenance. The bed sheets have stains, the blanket has blood stains. Stayed for 3 nights without being changed. I want to complain, it seems there are already too many complaints from the start, the AC is not cold, the bathroom water is not warm, the room is dirty and smells, small cockroaches come out and there are also duds appearing on the edge of the bed and there are also some crawling on the walls.. booked 6 rooms, only 1 room was safe, the remaining 5 are duds 🥲

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategic, only the cleanliness of the room needs attention.

The hotel area is nice, close to the mall, lots of food stalls, next to Indomaret, it's really convenient. I want to go there again when I'm on vacation.

Sorry, I can only give a score of 6/10 & the hotel needs to be revitalized immediately, because it is no longer worthy of being called a 3 star hotel.

Even though the room is nice, it's quite good for the price. But the carpet is a bit less clean. The water has trouble from 7 pm to 2 am so it's off and can't be used. The AC in some rooms is hot. The breakfast crew is lacking. Always lacking cutlery.

The hotel is nice but poorly maintained, the rooms are not very clean and there are lots of mites on the mattress, the service is friendly and hospitable, hopefully it can be better.

Just a standard room, for a room around 300 in downtown Bandung. But the inside is not very clean.

According to the price, there is a price for quality. Order 3 rooms, 1 of which had a problem with the AC not working, the room smelled.

The hotel staff is friendly, the security guards are very helpful.

Not good, dirty floor carpet, peeling walls, smelly pillows, dusty, TV is tingling, bad WiFi, if the service is friendly, it's good enough

The wall needs to be repainted. The TV antenna signal is very bad, and many channels are not detected. As for the shower, the water is fine. The location is also close to a mall and has many street food options nearby.
