I stayed at Hobbit house Seruni hotel with my family last week. it was very entertaining. The room is spacious, and fells like living in a genuine hobbit house, although for people who are taller than 175cm tall could be challenging because the roof is a bit short. The view was magnificent, outdoor activities are fun, easy access, very suitable for children. Their rabbits are tame and nice to play with.

The atmosphere is nice and pleasant, the location is also comfortable, the room is quite clean, but the food is lacking in taste and there are minimal choices.

From entering the parking area, friendly security greeted me, then checked in with the help of friendly officers, even though it was less than 15 minutes before I was able to check in, the parking area was spacious and there were officers who helped, the room was clean and tidy, all the facilities were complete, most importantly it was kids friendly, thank you, I will definitely come back again.

A hotel in Puncak that is kids friendly because there are many activities for children, from flying fox, playground, children's pool, jacuzzi, carousel rides and feeding sheep and rabbits.

This is usually the best choice for children's vacations, but when I stayed there for 2 days yesterday, I was a bit disappointed because there were no rabbits, no sheep for children's entertainment, there were birds and chickens, for check-in time I also came at 1 am and was told to wait until 2 pm before I could be given the key even though the room was ready, the breakfast menu choices are also getting less varied. The quality of the taste is getting worse. The swimming pool is a winner compared to other hotels, the minus is that the hot water facilities are not as big. If there were hot water facilities in the swimming pool, maybe the fans would be more crowded.
