Seruni Hotel Hobbit House

I'm a regular at Seruni Hotel because it's a child-friendly hotel with all the facilities available. This is the first time I've tried the Hobbit House. It's like staying in a cave, but it's fun. My kids love it.

The hotel is spacious, has many good rooms, and the service is very friendly.

The hotel concept is interesting, the food is delicious, and the view is beautiful. Oh yes, the staff is friendly. It will become a regular hotel for us. Hopefully there will be interesting promotions so we can go there again soon. Always success Seruni Hotel Hobit

It's really the most comfortable to sleep at the Seruni Hotel, even though I've been there several times, I'm still satisfied.

This isn't my first time at Hotel Seruni, but staying in the Hobbit style was my first time. It was really fun because it was close to the pool and children's play area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast on weekdays is very boring and the variety is limited. The taste is also very ordinary...perhaps the taste and variety of food could be improved. Thank you.

Staying at Hotel Seruni feels like stepping into a fairy tale. From the adorable Hobbit rooms to the serene mountain views and stunning swimming pool, everything makes you never want to leave!

The taste of the food needs to be improved, especially the scrambled eggs, hehe. But the variety is already very good. The service, cleanliness, location, and facilities are all excellent.

I stayed in room H07. When I arrived, I turned on the AC because it was stuffy and smelly. Then I left the room to swim with the kids. After 2 hours, I came back, the AC wasn't cold, and the room was stuffy. I called the receptionist and they came to fix it. After an hour, the AC wasn't cold, I called the receptionist, a lady answered very curtly. She said the AC was only half a PK. Then she said, "Madam, what do you want?" Wow, this is the first time I've stayed in a star-rated hotel and received an arrogant answer. After all, I stayed on a weekday. They weren't busy. But they were curt. And finally, because I couldn't be bothered to argue, I hung up and that night we stayed in a hotel that was almost 2 million rupiah in a soooo ... Then my son wanted to watch TV because I didn't allow him to use his phone. The TV was broken. The picture wouldn't move. So, I spent that night at a hotel that cost almost 2 million rupiah, with a broken TV and stuffy air conditioning. When I woke up in the morning, there were spiders in the bathroom and a leaking sink. I didn't call the hotel again because I was fed up. For that price, I'd rather stay at another hotel with quality that matched the price. Hopefully, the hotel manager will improve and the arrogant employees can be educated.

for the food in my opinion in Seruni class, it is lacking. (like daily meals / can be considered home-cooked food, chicken opor + corn mustard vegetables). For the hotel room, okay. just maybe the lighting is lacking if you bring a toddler, it's a bit of a shame (because it's not bright). + 1 I had time to order food from outside, (Go Food) I MYSELF HAD TO PICK IT UP at the receptionist in front of the parking lot! even though the driver should be able to come to our hotel room / even if SE is not in front of the hobbit entrance ... for overall it's okay, in front of the hotel room is right next to the swimming pool, not far from the access for children to play and in my opinion Seruni is one of the safe hotels for children + very friendly to bring toddlers

one day is not enough.... complete facilities... the best in short...

This is a kids-friendly hotel, as it has many and varied pools, lots of children's games to choose from, clean and well-maintained rooms (perhaps you could add air freshener to make them smell better), and friendly staff.

The check-in process was fast and the staff responded quickly to escort us to our room and parking was directed close to our room.

Sorry, just a suggestion, the lights are not bright enough for a hobby house.🙏🏻

The service staff is friendly, even though I took the wrong restaurant for breakfast, I was still served well.
