I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very accommodating at looking after my issues to make my stay very comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast experience was very good, the food selection and quality fine. I was able to extend my stay and when I return to Bandung I will be sure to stay at the Shakti Hotel. Thank you.

the room is spacious and clean, there are 4 pillows on the bed, hot water works very well, the swimming pool is small but enough. there are also playground and some restaurant around. I got early check in smoothly.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to move to a newly built area of the hotel, which happened to be available. The room was large and had a dining table and sink for washing. The ambiance was good, but cleanliness could be greatly improved. The corners between the bed and the walls weren't cleaned, so cobwebs were visible. The floor was sandy, as if it hadn't been swept or mopped, the trash can was rusty, and the balcony couldn't be opened (it wasn't allowed to be opened). Overall, it was tolerable.

The building itself isn't that old. It just doesn't seem to be cleaned often enough. It looks like there's a lot of dirt that hasn't been cleaned in a while, especially on the corners of the walls, floors, and ceiling.
The pool water is clear, but the pool itself is dirty, especially the edges near the glass, where it's already covered in thick green. The pool floor has a lot of decay. As a result, instead of swimming, it's unpleasant; you end up smelling bad because of the mold.
The shampoo dispenser in my room was press-and-hold, but it wouldn't come out at all. I thought it was empty, but it turned out to be broken. 🙄 Wasn't they checked before giving the room to a customer?
The AC was great! It cooled down quickly. Even if it were clean, it would have been great. The service was friendly and good.

For the second time staying at Shakti Hotel, it was very impressive from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The only drawback was that there was no diffuser on my floor, even though there were 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.
