Hotel location is near to the main road. All staffs were very humble & nice. Hotel facilities are clean, organized and comfy. Room is clean, smell nice and toilet is clean. Water heater also worked. Free breakfast provided directly to your room which is nice. Thank you so much!

Puas menginap di hotel ini. Lengkap semuanya terasa menginap di hotel bintang 5 interior nya bagus bersih juga. Perlengkapan mandi di sediakan semua. Cuman lokasinya agak jauh tp gak masalah terbayar dengan kenyamanan dri hotel ini

Mencoba kamar tipe deluxe overall good pelayanan staff ramah, memuaskan dan helpful sekali. Kamar nya bersih toilet nya juga bersih amenitis lengkap, ada teko elektrik dan kulkas nya juga. Untuk suasanya nya juga cukup tenang dan nyaman. Minus:- Handle pintu dapat yang agak susah di kunci.- Tidak ada tv kabel hanya saluran lokal saja.

1. TV ga ada sinyal. 2. Banyak semut banget, naro makanan langsung disemutin. 3. Kotor banget, kayak ga disapu. 4. Kulkas pajangan doang. 5. AC nyala tapi berisik. 6. Water heater ga berfungsi, ini sih yang parah wkwkwk. 7. Telepon hotel mati, diarahin diteleponnya ada nomor WA, tapi ditelepon ga diangkat, di chat ga dibales. 8. Wifi dimatiin dan nyalain mulu. 9. Bayar sarapan ditulisannya 25/pax tapi disuruh bayar 29 katanya itu ongkir wkwkwkwk lucu banget masa ada ongkir buat nganterin dari resto ke hotel. 10. Sarapan dianternya lama, padahal mau check in pagi pagi. Kalo ga butuh butuh banget, mendingan jangan di hotel ini. Ga tau sih ini karena saya lagi ga hoki atau gimana, mungkin ini pas saya ga lagi hoki aja wkwkkwkwk, mudah mudahan bisa dibenerin ya.

Merasa di bohongin, masa saya cuma transit 3jam. Saya masuk jam 03.15 dan harus check out 06.15. Padahal jelas tertulis, disitu check out jam 12.00. Dan kalo pun harus transit harusnya di kasih penjelasan dan detail nya, dan dikasih no telp pihak hotelnya untuk menanyakan kembali pesanan sebelum saya pesan, kecewa!

Bathroom shower was unfunctional, I was disspointed used t best room vip but th bathroom didn't work. So please check it out before t guest come in. It ' s th first time we visited t hotel.
