Skyland Sentul Tower Apartment

Room needs some repairs. Bed cover is not clean. Lighting is sub standard. TV is not working. Balcony is dirty.

A dirty room is not suitable to live in.

Dirty bed sheets, dirty floor, dirty pillow, No soap dispenser at all.

Jutek Judes staff. Hospitality is lacking. Wanting to ask for a clean up/make room is complicated even though it's ext 5 days.

Pelayanan kurang banget, fasilitas gak banget.

Lumayanlah kalo buat staycation doang.

No toiletries at all :(.

The room is different from the one in the photo.

Late check-in is subject to a fine of 50 thousand per room (without an invoice), save the double ID card to Oyo and the apartment.

Hotel ini tidak menyediakan fasilitas mandi dan tidak di informasikan dari awal jika fasilitas tersebut tidak ada. Lalu yang kedua, pelayanan di reception juga sama sekali tidak menyenangkan, sangat menyebalkan. Ketiga, ketika mau check out, 2 teman saya disuruh untuk mengembalikan kunci kamar dan diinformasikan bahwa KTP beliau berdua ini sudah diserahkan ke teman yang lain, dimana teman tersebut tidak menerima KTP. Setelah kembali lagi ke reception, ternyata KTP nya ada di sana. Ini hotel aneh, agen online bisa terkena imbasnya jika semua kejadian ini saya upload di media sosial. Total 5 orang yang menginap di sana bersama saya adalah Anggota Dewan yang notabennya adalah tokoh masyarakat, dan semuanya adalah unsur pimpinan di DPRD.

Good. But it's a shame that towels & toiletries are not provided.

The receptionist, I'm talking about just playing it into pieces. Impolite. Turns out oyo, there are no toiletries at all either. How come the hotel is like this?

There are no towels, everything else is okay.

The point of the hotel does not match the location, where on the badcover there are lots of stains, no toiletries.

The water heater does not turn on, there is no mat, tissue and toiletries too.

Especially the security, not polite.

Incomplete facilities are very dissatisfied.

The floor is sticky, lots of cigarette butts, the blanket is not folded, the drawers and cupboards are dirty, the bath mat is not given so it gets muddy. Request to change rooms, even Ms. From the beginning, I requested a non smoking room because I brought a baby, but the room smelled really thick with cigarettes. Sad.

The towel was only given 1, it was torn and there was no toothbrush, my experience of staying at a hefty price shouldn't be like that anyway.

Paying for parking is expensive, facilities are lacking, the air conditioner is not cold.
