Basically, it's safe to stay here, the staff are friendly, it's just a shame that the other rooms don't change the bedcovers in the afternoon, if we don't ask for a change, please improve the cleanliness, okay? 🥰🥰🥰

This is my first time staying here, the place is quite comfortable, just a bit noisy with the room next door, I'm a bit disappointed because I thought the cleaning was done, the bedcover and bed sheets were not changed, they were just tidied up, and only the pillowcases were changed, I've never stayed at a hotel like this before, honestly disappointed.. if I can finish checking out, everything has to be changed for our comfort too

Worst hotel. Towel just only 1 for two people in one room. Bathroom dirty, no soap and toiletries. No tissues. The receptionist was not friendly in serving, very honest. It is not recommended to stay here. Very disappointing. I asked other guests and they experienced what I was experiencing. You should not stay here. It is better to stay in another hotel. The price of this hotel is quite expensive with such services.

From the picture it looks good, but in reality it is far from it. The sheets look like they haven't been washed, they are very shabby. Although the lobby service is good, the facilities in the room are lacking.

the information on the duration of stay when booking online with the listed price did not match when checking in, when checking in the receptionist informed that for this price it only lasted 4 hours, but the information on the application said the maximum duration was until 12 noon, so I was forced to upgrade so that I could stay until 12 noon, and of course there was an additional charge. There was no mat in the room.
