Staffnya ramah, hotelnya nyaman banget, kemana-mana deket karen ditengah kampung batik, rooftopnya bagus dan ada kolam renang juga, parkir kalau penuh bisa dibantu valet sama mas-masnya. Kalo ke solo lagi sih pengen nginep lagi disana 🥰.

Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, interiornya juga modern. Mungkin minusnya ada di parkiran mobil yang sempit, namun cukup terbantu dengan adanya sistem valet.

Tempatnya enak dekat dengan kampung batik jadi kalo mau beli oleh2 langsung jalan kaki aja. Sayang kmrn nginep di lt 9, sampe jam 10 malam itu live music di cafe bawah/ sebrang hotel kedengeran bgt jadi yg bawa anak sgt keganggu 😔

Hotel facilities are good. However, a very big sound disturbed us which rooms are located on level 9. No acoustic prevention, the floor and window were shacking caused by very big sound vibration on the upper level. It was annoying and disturb our relax time.

Everything was great as I experience before all the staff were so friendly, the room was nice clean and spacious, the only let down was my Sahur experience, ofcourse I'm not expecting to have a complete breakfast buffet like I used to have before which is amazing, it was just lacking of staff manning those night because I believe you know that you re expecting a group that will have sahur aswell those night, only 2 staff and they were so busy, food are finished and take time to refill, and ofcourse very less and limited menu compared to breakfast buffet. But overall everything is great.
