I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Thank you Sotis hotel, see you on another staycation.

The first day I arrived in the afternoon, greeted by flies in the room, the color of the sheets and blankets were like in the photo and smelled musty, so I had to sleep under a hijab. The small towel by the sink was also very dirty (whether it was a face/hand towel or a doormat because it was shaped like a doormat, but the doormat was placed in a different place). The next day I turned on the make-up room button from 8 am until around 2:30 pm, the room was still not cleaned. Finally, I called the FO to have it cleaned. I requested to have the sheets changed, but the color of the blanket was still dirty. The next day with the same drama, I had to call the FO again to remind me to clean the room at more or less the same time as the previous day. Not bad, the sheets and blankets were replaced with appropriate colors, but the room was not swept. It's a bit surprising, a 4-star hotel with a choice of rooms that expect better privileges, but it turned out like this. Please improve the quality of cleanliness, including the restaurant which is quite annoying with flies and the speed of the laundry service. This criticism is not intended to be derogatory, but hopes to improve the service of a 4-star hotel. Thank you.

I had a very satisfying stay at Sotis Hotel Kemang. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. I'll be booking directly with the receptionist next time because they offer a special gift and a free sushi buffet. 🤩

The directions on Google Maps weren't clear, so I had to go around looking for them. The sheets and towels seemed old, as they had some yellow spots and looked worn. The Wi-Fi and Netflix were okay. The staff provided excellent service; I asked for a water refill and they quickly gave it to me (very responsive).

The location is very strategic, close to Kemang's trendy eateries and entertainment centers. 🏙️ The room was clean, comfortable, and the interior design was elegant with a classic modern touch. The staff was friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The process was fast and hassle-free. 👍 The facilities are complete—there's a swimming pool, spa, and restaurant with a varied and delicious menu. At the time of check in and it was also checked in after 2 o'clock which maybe the room should have been prepared but for some reason we had to wait for confirmation from the skipper as if the room was really just cleaned when we arrived, then for the mattress it felt very rickety as if it was old and when I slept I was worried about it breaking because I felt every time I changed sleeping position there was a rickety sound at the foot of the mattress, for the TV it was also difficult to access the signal when I wanted to watch Netflix or YouTube everything was very slow and the internet connection always failed then to access the basement parking via the elevator had to use access from the receptionist I don't know because of the elevator or what, overall everything went safely, well and enough

Honestly, I didn't expect it to be this comfortable at the Sotis Hotel. It's new and the rooms are clean. It's comfortable to sleep in. The amenities, from the rooms to the hotel's facilities, are complete. It's great.
