There are several things I want to review regarding this experience: 1. When the day came, I had to use another application, namely Travelio, regarding this room reservation. Where I had to download the Travelio application first and register and log in like the Traveloka application, which was a bit inconvenient because I arrived at the apartment in the afternoon at 5:30 and I also had no information regarding having to use another application other than Traveloka. 2. After using the application, it turned out that I had to make a deposit of 300 Rb. 3. After arriving at the apartment and meeting the Travelio pic, it turned out that parking was not included in this reservation. As a note, the price per night here is arguably not cheap and I had to pay a parking fee for the number of hours I stayed. I booked for 3 days 2 nights. After finding out about this, I tried to contact Travelio because the Travelio pic who met me couldn't do anything. However, contacting the Travelio call center was very difficult until finally we were forced to take the room because we were tired (arrived at the apartment at 5:30 pm) 4. After being escorted to the room, we were again surprised by the condition of the room: - The condition of the room was quite gloomy with not very bright lighting. - The condition of the mattress looked like it had not been used for a long time (Our assumption) - The bathroom seemed ordinary with an electric heater that had to wait a long time to get hot. - The lobby door could not be locked and was rather dangerous because it brought small children. - There were no internet facilities or cable TV. 5. With these conditions, the children finally became even more down and not enthusiastic about staying at the place and finally we decided not to stay in the unit, but Travelio could not provide any solution other than the room that was booked could not be returned. Even though we asked for it to be okay for 1 night but the next night could be refunded but it still could not be.
