Pertama kali menginap di sini langsung suka. Staff-nya ramah-ramah semua, lounge dan bar-nya juga harganya affordable, terus dari datang, sarapan benar-benar dijelaskan ada apa-apa saja, sampai pulang juga bagus banget, dapat welcome drink waktu check in. Kayaknya bakal balik lagi sih untuk menginap di sini kalau mau main daerah Mabes. Thank you Spark Life Hotel 🥰.

Often stay at hotels in the Mangga Besar area, but this is the first time. Once tried, immediately fell in love and did not want to turn to other hotels in this area. Starting from the clean condition of the room, delicious breakfast menu with many choices, spacious lobby & hangout place in the hotel. The receptionist is friendly & not rude. Asked for a smoking room immediately responded. Overall, it's great.

From check-in to entering the room, it was uncomfortable, due to the smell of cigarettes in the room, poor TV picture quality, broken bathroom faucet, and unsuitable towels. It made for an unpleasant staycation.
My suggestion is that it's a star-rated hotel, but it doesn't match the quality of guest comfort. The hotel's guest comfort needs to be improved. Thank you.
