Staying at the star hotel was an amazing experience, one night stay turned two nights. The service from security & staff is very good and friendly. My family & I really enjoyed.

Staff are friendly, food is decent, room is spacious but a little bit dirty. It 's located in Gajah Mada St. Which is one of main road in Pontianak. There 's also a minimarket beside the hotel which is very convenient.

Strategic place, long check-in, around 30 minutes. Clean hotel, ok service. There's just a lot that has to be updated like TV and others.

good. The lack is due to the old hotel so the ads for some UDS facilities are inadequate, for example the air conditioner isn't cold, there is damage to the swing so you have to move the AC swing manually 😅.
