the hotel staff is very friendly, the service is satisfactory. but our order for a family room had problems so the room was replaced with a standard size. in addition, the room key that often errors makes it difficult for us to enter the room.

The staff is friendly, the parking lot is also quite spacious. What I like is that the parking lot is shady and not exposed to direct sunlight. The room is also okay, there are 4 pillows. The room is spacious.

Staying here for the umpteenth time, it's still pleasant and comfortable. The AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and spacious, the room is overall clean. Unfortunately this time I didn't get a room with a window with a view outside, but it doesn't matter. Still recommended for a staycation or a choice of accommodation when on vacation to Surabaya with an affordable budget.

First time here when I had business in Surabaya, overall satisfied. The room is quite spacious, the AC is cold, the bathroom is also spacious and clean. There are many food vendors and minimarkets around the hotel. Can recommend staying here again on the next trip.

This is a really hidden gem of a hotel, strategic location, from the front it looks very ordinary, in fact it tends to be small and not convincing because we booked at a very cheap price but after entering, it turns out the ambiance of the room is like a room in a 3-star hotel 🤩, even though the parking lot is small but it's not a problem because there is a security guard who is in charge of managing the parking and also being a valet, very cool.
