Not suitable for those who are less fit or physically strong. The hotel is on a hill. You have to climb a long flight of stairs.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is strategic. The price is affordable and the facilities are excellent. While getting to this hotel requires a fair amount of stairs, the views are stunning. Breakfast includes bread, tea, and mineral water. Soap is also provided.

All acceptable until the frontdesk called me in the middle of my daytrip, saying that I had to check out immediately eventhough I had booked for 2 nights. They checked again and the error was at their end. No additional bottled water for the next days, only refill at the front desk so I had to bring the empty bottle from the 1st day which was trashed by the housekeeper when they thought I had to check out on my 1st day. As a fellow Indonesian, okay though, but I wish at least provide glass-bottled watter if you want to think about environment while maintaining the guest comfort.

I stayed here in two different rooms. The twin rooms nearest the reception are older and showing alot of signs of wear. The deluxe king room is alot newer and more comfortable. The location and proximity to town and the airport is great

This hotel is quite good, the facilities are ok, the room is comfortable, spacious, there is hot water for bathing in the deluxe type, the employees are also friendly and helpful. And my son said the hotel is really good because there is a smart tv so he can watch spongebob quietly. To go up to the reception is really high but it can burn 452 calories 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 if you need help you can shout kokkkkkkkkkkkkkk then they will definitely help you lift your suitcase if you can't. the room is good for solo traveller, but mosquito is very anoying. The staff spray the room with the anti mosquito buy it did not work. The blanket is not comfort and wifi is very slow. no initiatif from the staff to clean up the room.
