It's impudent to throw money at the customer, yell at the customer, extort the customer, they are told to pay extra money if they want to be placed in a decent room and asked for additional money for breakfast per head (forced). Asked for responsibility for cancel instead of throwing money.

Receptionist udah tua, ketus. Tiap saya bilang makasih, ga pernah senyum atau apa kayak. Pesan via app udah bayar. Sampe di hotel katanya belom masuk reservasinya. Pas udah di kamar, remot AC ga ada, kamar berdebu, sarang laba-laba, toilet ga bisa di flush, shower air ngaco, pokoknya kaya kamar hantu. Saya termasuk orang yang ga pernah tulis-tulis review. Tapi sekarang pengen nulis karena kesel banget sama ni hotel. Seengganya kalo ga bersih atau ga ramah, toiletnya benerin lah. Worst hotel 👍.

Saya harus berdebat terlebih dahulu ketika cek in, karena saya membawa 2 orang anak umur 8 tahun dan 3 tahun, dia suruh bayar cas 50 ribu/orang dengan berdalil bahwa itu sudah menjadi aturan hotel, terus saya minta aturan tertulisnya gak bisa tunjukkan, dan alasan bahwa saya tidak mengisi data lengkap bahwa ada suami dan anak, mana di kamar 213 bak mandi kosong alias bocor, AC dak dingin. Saya baru kali ini masuk hotel anak-anak harus di cas 50 ribu/orang (untuk extra bed). Untuk yang pertama dan terakhir kalinya saya nginap di sana, pada saat itu seorang ibu-ibu yang sudah berumur sekitar 60 tahun menerima kami check in (saya rasa itu pemiliknya) aturan yang hanya dibuat-dibuat.

Upon check in reservationist ask extra money for breakfast. They said its compulsory🫣. No pillow & bad cover as in a picture. No Wifi & Dirty water.

Pelayanan sangat buruk. Pelayanan tidak ramah. Kamar kotor berdebu sarang laba-laba banyak. Harusnya pada saat tamu datang kamar sudah di bersihkan terlebih dahulu. Ini tamu datang disuru tunggu bahwa kamar sedang di bersihkan mana ditinggal jalan begitu saja pada saat sedang check in, mana tamu tau kamarnya lokasinya dimana. Pintu rusak jebol bolong. Shower air copot susah buat mandi. Kalo masih ingin dibuat penginapan. Di cek lah sebelum tamu tidur layak gak kamar di buat menginap. Pelayanan sangat buruk sekali. Kapok nginep di hotel ini.

Saya tidak menginap, pilih pergi meninggalkan hotel, pada saat masuk pelayanan tidak ramah, pada saat cek kamar, kondisi kamar bau apek, tidak terawat, air tidak ada, suasana kamar tidak nyaman. Tidak di sarankan untuk menginap di sini bila anda menginginkan kenyamanan, dan lain-lain.
