Today is my second stay at this hotel. And I'm really disappointed. The hotel doesn't provide the mandatory services to me. No soap, no bath amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and towel and even no TV remote on the premise. I have to wait for an hour to get those. The hot water also not hot enough, it's barely cold. I wonder why the service is beyond its common. I have stayed in this hotel and my last visit was in February 13. So this underrated services is very unexpectedly happen to me from what Super oyo townhouse 1 Hotel usual services.

I was surprised when I tried to checked-in, the hotel does not accept payment with credit or debit cards. I stayed for 2 nights with a total transaction more thna Rp. 400.000. With that much transaction I think the hotel needs to accept payment with credit or debit cards. When I entered the room I found that soma parts of the wall in the room have stains on it. As shown in the picture. The walls around the AC is also wet, which makes it dirty. The bathroom is stinky. I was uncomfortable whenever I need to take a shower. The shower head was dirty as well as the walls in the bathroom. Moreover, the bathroom has a a bad drainage system. The water spills after I took a shower floods the floor around the door insteadnof running through the drainage holes. Making the floors slippery. I had to clean the water spills after I took a shower. The bed room sheets and bedcover were so stinky because it was not dried properly. The smell disturbs me whenever I sleep.

What a disgusting hotel. I wonder why people rate this hotel so highly? I have stayed twice, both times in deluxe suite rooms, and the experience is always disgusting. No bottled water, no soap or toothbrushes, only one towel, stuffy and smelly rooms, dirty and hair-strewn floors and unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

The room is spacious. Sheets, mattresses, pillows, floors, cupboards, everything is clean. There is also a water heater and a glass, you can make coffee or pop noodles. There are chairs, a table and a cupboard (where clothes and shoes are) provided 2 towels, 2 toothbrushes (only use one time), toothpaste, liquid bath soap and shampoo. Great complete all. The lighting is good, the view from the room window is also good (3rd floor) for drinking water available in dispensers on each floor. Just take it (every day the gallon of water is replaced, so it's always there ) overall. Highly recommended. For friends, don't forget to bring 100 thousand cash for the initial deposit at check-in. From the photos it looks good, book a room upstairs in the hope of getting a city view, ehh the window has no view. Cleanliness is lacking, the bed I found had hairs that may have had previous guests, it felt dirty like it had not been cleaned. TV broadcasts contain lots of ants while swaying, aka drizzling broadcasts like in the interior, even though the hotel is located in the middle of the city. Can't get towels. After a new complaint, a new long lapse of time was brought. Usually I always fill in a tip in the room for cleaning when staying at a hotel, but this time I'm reluctant to let it go. After my stay, I just saw the review on google map, it turned out that many were disappointed too. Hopefully management can improve.
