Nice stay 1 night here. What's lacking: I didn't get a spoon to stir tea/coffee in the room, the room didn't match my order (asked for a smoking room), and when breakfast arrived I had to wait 40 minutes until I could make scramble eggs, otherwise everything was perfect. Will stay at Swiss-Belcourt again next visit God willing.

Hotel yang cukup terjangkau di kota Kupang. Lobby & staff. Untuk pelayanan dan keramahan staff sudah sangat baik sekali. Lobby cukup panas karena areal terbuka. Negatifnya. Saya memesan makanan malam di hotel di sekitar jam 7. Hingga pukul 9 ga ada makanan yang dtaang. Terus setelah saya check ulang ternyata miss order dari receptionist ke kitchen. Room. Saya menginap di tipe kamar dengan sea view, pemandangan untuk sunset sangat indah, kasur cukup besar dan nyaman, bantal agak teralu kecil buat saya. Negatifnya. Lantai kamar saya ada yang kayaknya sudah lepas dengan semennya. Jadi tiap melangkah diarea tersebut selalu bunyi. Entah bagaimana team kebersihan kamar. Baru saya masuk kamar, di meja ada botol aqua tinggal setengah yang entah punya siapa. Padahal saya baru saja masuk kamar. Breakfast. Untuk sarapan cukup varian dan enak. Pelayanan sat set juga. Pilihan banyak sekali juga engga. Tapi setidaknya untuk standar hotel udah oke lah. Negatifnya. Alat toaster roti mati, tidak tau rusak atau tidak dinyalakan. Jadi mau ga mau makan roti biasa, tidak bisa toast. Susu ditaruh di pitcher sehingga tidak dingin. Makanan kebanyakan sudah dingin, padahal saya sarapan sekitar jam 7an. Kwetiau dingin, nasi goreng agak hangat, ayam dingin. Untungnya saja ada omelet yang fresh dimasak panas-panas. Fasilitas. Cukup lengkap dengan varian alat-alat gym dan even punya kursi pijat elektrik juga. Negatifnya. Tidak adanya ruangan sendiri apalagi di tempat yang kurang strategis, sehingga juga dibuat lewat pengunjung yang lain juga menjadi agak kurang nyaman. Room 7.5/10. Staff 7/10. Food 6.5/10. Facility 7.5/10. Overall 7.0
