The room was clean, looked new and clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel provided a free shuttle every hour, so no worry about how to get to or from the airport.

Our company regularly use the hotel for our international staff following arrival in Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) and overnighting before their domestic connecting flights. As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.

The electrical sockets in the room are loose, so the cellphone doesn't charge when charging, the mini fridge is very noisy, making it uncomfortable to sleep, there is no one to help lift the suitcase when arriving or leaving the hotel.

Very close to the airport. Has a shuttle service 24 hours and runs every 30 minutes, which is great because no hotel around the airport does the same thing. Good for a very early flight layover.
