Air conditioner was hot, even I turned to the lowest temperature. And the charger port beside working desk didn't work.

asking for a complimentary for an unknown staff's birthday at check-in at 14:00 WIB on May 17, 2025, did not respond well, a class like Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon, unprofessional in handling the staff, for parking access is complicated, valet service parking is only for drop off and pickup, we as guests staying at the hotel, must give our vehicle keys to the hotel staff to find parking (even though valet parking is free) we still give some money for tips for the staff, just for information: 1.) public access (swimming pool, Mall, cafe, and restaurant) can be directly accessed from the 3rd floor. 2.) every time you want to go up to the room with the elevator, you must bring an access card, to go down using the elevator you can do it without an access card. 3.) The room AC has to wait a few hours to cool down. 4.) The AC is not cold enough during the day, at night it is quite cool but not cold. 5.) For visitors who bring electric vehicles, the hotel does not provide electric chargers, you have to go to Transmart which is quite far if you walk (Transmart is next to the hotel, but quite far)

Overall, the experience of staying at this hotel was quite satisfying, especially in terms of staff service. The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff deserve a thumbs up. The check-in process went smoothly without any problems, and I was greatly helped by the alertness of the security who brought my belongings. All the staff who interacted with me were also very friendly and made me feel welcome. However, there are several aspects that I think need to be improved, especially related to food and bathroom facilities. In terms of food, it doesn't quite meet my expectations. In terms of facilities, there are several things that are uncomfortable in the bathroom. The roller blinds are not equipped with adequate handles, only a rope, making it a little difficult to raise or lower. In addition, the water flow on the bidet feels too strong and unfortunately cannot be adjusted, which makes it uncomfortable to use. Apart from the shortcomings in the food and facilities, the extraordinary staff service is a significant added value for this hotel. If the hotel can improve the three points I mentioned, I am sure the experience of staying here will be much more perfect. Conclusion: * Staff Service: Very good (responsive, alert, friendly) * Check-in Process: Smooth * Food: Less than satisfactory in terms of taste * Bathroom Facilities: Less than good (roller blinds without handles, bidet water flow is too strong) Suggestions: * Evaluate and improve the quality of food taste. * Install a proper handle on the bathroom roller blinds. * Fix or provide water flow control on the bidet. Hopefully this review is useful for the hotel to make improvements in the future.

I stayed here in transit for work purposes. The first time I went there, the staff and receptionists were all friendly, even the security. Because I was very tired because I traveled from East Java, I didn't check the room in too much detail. But what is certain is that the room is clean and the toilet smells good. The room is spacious, the bed is clean and comfortable. Had a chance to have dinner at the restaurant, 9/10 for the food but it took a long time to serve it even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. For breakfast, there are a lot of variations, of all the Swiss Bells I've been to, the one in Cirebon has the most breakfast variations. Overall it's okay, next time I go to Cirebon I will definitely stay here again.

From the security staff, everything is okay, the service is very friendly, the room is also clean and fragrant.. only when it's time for breakfast, many of them are empty and not refilled? This is a shame even though the location and all the staff are really good.

It's really fun for kids to be able to swim and there's a shopping area right below.

hotel staff, some are friendly, some are not, and the check-in process was very slow, booked 3 rooms.. should have checked in at 14.00.. late almost 3 hours even though I brought children + parents. so at 16.45.. waiting in the lobby which is also crowded.. very uncomfortable when it was time to check out.. at 11.30 they called to check out at 12.00.. it's okay, I'm just annoyed even though we entered the room at 16.45, then some of the pillows had towels mixed in them please pay more attention to customer comfort

Literally, it's a hotel that's attached to a mall, connected via escalator only. So it's a kids/family friendly hotel👍🏻

Why do small children have to rent life jackets when swimming?

I am actually satisfied with Swiss Bell Hotel Cirebon. However, when I checked in, I complained heavily because I asked for a non-smoking room, connecting door and top view were not available. Even though I had noted it in the order and finally had to add costs so that the order that I requested could be provided. For the app, I ask for your attention regarding this matter. Thank you.

The location is strategically attached to the mall. The food is also varied and delicious.

So it is the main choice if you stay in Cirebon, the location is very strategic, connected to the CSB mall.

Overall OK and strategic because it is close to the mall. Suitable for staying during Eid homecoming
