Overall, my stay at Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon was very good. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well-located. The breakfast was tasty with good variety. Special thanks to the staff, especially Alan and Sri, who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips.

The plus point of this hotel is its location in the mall area, making it easy to walk around or shop. I also got a smoking room, but I didn't smell the cigarette smell at all, even though I'm sensitive to cigarette smells. The downside is that the room isn't soundproof; I could even hear the next room opening its door at night or people talking in the hallway. The bathroom curtains are also old, so they don't close properly. The breakfast options are limited. I arrived at 9 a.m. and most of it was already gone, and some wasn't refilled. Dirty plates weren't picked up, and the food was average. Maybe this can be improved in the future.

Sunday morning buffet breakfast, lots of food was empty, refills were late, and worst of all, refilling glasses for drinks that used dispensers, ridiculously the staff kept refilling juice and infused water even though there were no glasses at all.

[-]different problems in our 4 rooms such as: some of the beds need to be replaced (they are already broken), some of the water drains are clogged, some of the toilet flushes are broken, some of the room lights are dead/not bright enough, the toilet paper is out, there are no doormats. [+] the food tastes okay, but it's not refilled enough, at 9 o'clock it's all finished, all the staff are fast and friendly, close to the mall, the car service is great.

Satisfying staycation at Swissbell, The location is strategic, turn to the 3rd floor directly to the mall, the hotel food is also delicious, happy to be able to bring family from Kuningan to stay in Cirebon, everyone is happy, maybe just a suggestion, the hotel should have a small playground spot so if you are lazy to go to the mall, you can just enjoy it at the hotel because swimming is a hassle when it rains... the reservation process with Ms. Intan is also fast, responsive and humble... the culture of the employees is humble, smiling and ready to help every time they meet... the first time the family was in Kuningan, very happy, they could staycation, watch Netflix as much as they wanted, the wifi was fast... later I want to staycation again there... thank you TRAVELOKA for the beautiful moments at Swissbell Cirebon....

Overall, it's a comfortable hotel to stay in, with a location close to all kinds of activities. Please improve the soundproofing, as sometimes the sound of the wind hitting the partitions on the glass window walls is disturbing.

I've stayed at this hotel several times; Swissbell is the best choice in Cirebon. It's located right in the city center and above a mall, so you don't have to venture far for entertainment and shopping.
