There was a bit Aircon problem when I checked in at the initial day but the Supervisor handled situation very well and managed to move me to another upgraded room for complimentary; appreciate the efforts. The overall stay was great Hotel facility and staffs hospitality were awesome as well as the food. View from 18th floor was magnificent by overlooking Makassar’s iconic new Mosque moreover the sunset gazing experience was unforgettable. I would like to rebook this property sometime in the future. the accommodation looked exactly like pictures, comfy, clean and spacious even though in a covid pandemic state 19 situation at Makassar town. thanks for staff hotel to provide a sense of security and comfort while in the hotel. we hope will stay again soon in normal situation at Makassar 🙏

The staff were friendly and responsive. The food was delicious. I enjoyed hanging out in the lounge on Saturday night; it was fun with live music until midnight. I got a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, it couldn't be opened.

I had a truly memorable stay at the Swiss Bell Hotel Pantai Losari.
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is strategically located, super close to the city center and shopping centers, and even close to the airport.
The food was delicious, especially the woku fish, which was top-notch.
If asked if I would stay here again, my answer would be a resounding YES.
So, for anyone planning a vacation to Makassar, I highly recommend staying at the Swiss Bell Hotel Pantai Losari.

Overall, it's cool, it's already Swissbell standard everywhere, it's just unlucky that yesterday I was next to a guest whose attitude was lacking, laughing out loud in the middle of the night, disturbing those who wanted to rest, even though at that time I was carrying my husband who was recovering from surgery, and deliberately stayed at the hotel so as not to be disturbed by visitors, eh instead I got a surprise from the guest in the next room... a lesson for us, it would be better to maintain politeness wherever we are

The service was excellent. From the moment we got out of the car, we were greeted with friendly smiles by the hotel staff. Check-in and check-out were quick, the receptionist was quick and efficient with a smile. The lobby was cool, cool, and comfortable. The room with a beach view was very nice and clean. I recommend it for a staycation, whether for a business trip or a family vacation.

Strategic location, within walking distance to Losari Beach. The breakfast menu is quite varied, the bedrooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and everyone is friendly. It's less than 30 minutes from the airport. Online transportation is also quick.

This hotel's great sea view isn't as beautiful as its quality and service. There's only one trash can in the toilet, and there's no prayer mat in the room, and there are no prayer mats. The gym is poorly maintained, opening at 7 a.m., even though most guests want to exercise at 6 a.m. before breakfast and work. Four people wanted to go to the gym at 6:15 a.m., so they canceled their August 5, 2025, visit because it was still closed. Other hotel gyms open at 6 a.m., and some even operate 24 hours with room key access.
The breakfast menu should be varied and changeable. I stayed there for four days, with soft chicken noodles and a main course of rice, side dishes, and vegetables. After breakfast on August 5 at 8 a.m., the hand soap in the restroom near reception was empty and hadn't been refilled. Management needs better oversight if we want guests to return.
