There was a bit Aircon problem when I checked in at the initial day but the Supervisor handled situation very well and managed to move me to another upgraded room for complimentary; appreciate the efforts. The overall stay was great Hotel facility and staffs hospitality were awesome as well as the food. View from 18th floor was magnificent by overlooking Makassar’s iconic new Mosque moreover the sunset gazing experience was unforgettable. I would like to rebook this property sometime in the future. the accommodation looked exactly like pictures, comfy, clean and spacious even though in a covid pandemic state 19 situation at Makassar town. thanks for staff hotel to provide a sense of security and comfort while in the hotel. we hope will stay again soon in normal situation at Makassar 🙏

Choose a room with a sea view... it's the best. The mattress is a bit hard. Pay attention to the taste and quantity of the food. When the hotel is full, everything is empty and there's nothing tasty. When it's quiet, it's delicious and complete. The staff is friendly and kind, but you can't leave your belongings at the front desk, which makes things difficult.

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent booking experience at Swiss-Belhotel Makassar via app. Despite submitting a rescheduling request well in advance, I was repeatedly bounced back and forth between app and the hotel without clear resolution, resulting in my reservation expiring unused. Having booked an Executive Suite and being a loyal app customer with Diamond membership, I naturally expected a higher standard of clarity, professionalism, and genuine customer care. Unfortunately, this experience leaves me reluctant to book through app again or revisit Swiss-Belhotel Makassar in the future.
