There was a bit Aircon problem when I checked in at the initial day but the Supervisor handled situation very well and managed to move me to another upgraded room for complimentary; appreciate the efforts. The overall stay was great Hotel facility and staffs hospitality were awesome as well as the food. View from 18th floor was magnificent by overlooking Makassar’s iconic new Mosque moreover the sunset gazing experience was unforgettable. I would like to rebook this property sometime in the future. the accommodation looked exactly like pictures, comfy, clean and spacious even though in a covid pandemic state 19 situation at Makassar town. thanks for staff hotel to provide a sense of security and comfort while in the hotel. we hope will stay again soon in normal situation at Makassar 🙏

The facilities and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are good. Swissbel has its own standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are already professional in the hospitality industry. However, the food variety is lacking and the taste is also lacking. The teriyaki chicken tastes like soy sauce chicken, and the chicken soto is like water soto. The green bean porridge, sticky rice, and kolak are delicious. I'm picky about food, but the one with the most complete and varied Sulawesi food is Best Western😁

Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt en de smaken zijn goed. De indeling van de badkamer is onlogisch en het is klein. De deur van de badkamer knalt tegen de toiletpot.

A truly extraordinary stay. If you're a solo or family traveler, check-in is required at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM, no debate.
Arrive at 12:25 and wait in line. The funny thing is, if you're a large group, you can miraculously check in before 2:00 PM. But as a solo traveler? Wait until 2:00 PM, as per the super consistent rules.
Check-in requires patience training like a yoga master: 45 minutes standing in line, and check-out takes "only" 20 minutes. There are three counters, but only two receptionists with sweet smiles are active—not bad, they could be a substitute for free snacks. Even the unsweetened coffee tastes sweet, perhaps because of the smiles.
Breakfast? Well... it could still be improved; there's plenty of room for "magic."
The room was clean, no debate. But the sink without a lid? Genius! As soon as your toothbrush or toothpaste gets in, you'll immediately get a fun mini game: "Rescue Mission in the Drain."

perfect comfortable only the sheets and blankets when we first entered looked like they hadn't been replaced yet hopefully the guest service can be improved so they can be given new clean sheets.... the toilet in the room for the elderly is friendly, the staff is friendly, the check in process is easy the restaurant is very helpful in delivering food for the elderly the view is extraordinary from the hotel room and in the restaurant.......
