Gentile The Celecton Jababeka Hotel, Thank you for your kind hospitality services. At first sudden checking in almost midnight but you offered thing that the guest need regarding their request. I came from Jakarta and need to meet my lecturer in campus for the next day. The hotel is very close to my campus PresUniv and Finalmente I did my best for things to do in Campus. Thank you. This hotel is fully recommended.

Very comfortable stay. The room wasn't very big, but it certainly is enough. Very clean and cozy. The staff were very polite and energetic. So the check in and out process were very fast.

The towel improved better than before. Although, please pay attention to the little detail like the lock on the bathroom door. I think the glue won't last, because it will fall off in a minute. Other than that, no complain. Thank you

the hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast has many variations and is delicious, clean and fragrant, the swimming pool is okay, there is a gym. only the sauna is still being renovated, so I can't try it. the motorbike parking is a bit far behind, so if it rains you get wet walking to the front.

My 2nd time staying in this hotel. The room is good, but the management should consider investing in bath towels. The bath towels are already old and there's a hole and the sides are already broken. Thank you.

There is no information that the pool and rooftop are closed due to repairs. Please update the app so you don't get fooled. Because staycay wants to swim and hang out to see the sunset and stars, if the pool and rooftop can't be used, what are you going to do there.

I swear the kids are really happy staying here, the staff are friendly.. the room is clean, the air conditioning is really cold.. I would like to give you a birthday slice.. the only thing is the lack of breakfast, which makes it even more of a delay.. the rest is ok.. the swimming pool is nice because you can enjoy the beautiful view especially in the afternoon.. basically happy.. I want to come here again
