The hotel staff was very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Mineral water is available for refills in each hallway. The hotel's surroundings are comfortable and free from noise, but it's a bit difficult to find/far from food spots. The room was clean, no cigarette/musty odors, and the bathroom was clean.
