We are from Solo, to EXPO. The distance is very close to the hotel, and there is a shuttle bus to drop us off and pick us up. Very satisfying service. Thank you.

the staff is very friendly and helpful with the early check in process because there are empty rooms, special requests for non-smoking rooms are fulfilled, got a room on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of Jakarta city at night, the cleanliness of the room is ok, it is located close to the elevator. the service is fast and friendly. can go to jiexpo with a free shuttle bus.. breakfast is varied and delicious, the experience of staying here is pleasant.. recommend this.. thank you Swiss Bellin Kemayoran Greetings of Success 👍

Had an event nearby, so I decided to stay to minimize mobilization, and it was overall a pleasant stay! The room was also nicely large and clean, and the staff was super helpful with the check-in process:)

The right hotel choice when you have an event at jiexpo kemayoran. Close and efficient.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall okay, but there are 3 things that should be fixed by this hotel. First, the vehicle number is not immediately recorded in the system. We checked in around 15-16, already included the vehicle plate number because if we stay overnight, parking is free. Then 2 hours later, we went out. At the parking counter, there was an obstacle because our plate number had not been inputted. The same thing happened again the next day, there was an event to go out, so we were a bit late because we were waiting for the parking attendant to confirm our data & car plate number. We waited quite a long time at the parking counter. It's strange, even though we've stayed overnight, it hasn't been inputted. Then, the second thing that needs to be fixed is the water heater. On the 1st day there was no problem, on the 2nd day the water heater in our room didn't turn on, the water was cold. On the 3rd day when we wanted to complain, it turned out to be on again, hot again. Lastly, this is still tolerable. But quite confusing. Where our room was not prepared with towels from the beginning of the first day. The others are good. The room is clean, the carpet in the room is not dusty. The toilet is clean. The staff are friendly. The part that cleans the plates for the room service from the restaurant deserves a thumbs up 👍🏻 this is the first time we have stayed at a hotel, ordering restaurant food to the room. After that we put the plates outside the room. It didn't take 2 hours to put them outside, they were neatly cleaned up. The breakfast menu is varied & delicious. The restaurant food that can be bought to bring to the room also tastes good. For the egg breakfast menu, if possible don't fry it with too much oil. But the person who fried the egg, the person is friendly & agile. The best here is the one who makes the shrimp paste chili sauce, klepon cake & pasta. The vegetable salad is also fresh & the vegetables are chosen to be good, none of them are blackish. Will we stay again? Yes. Apart from those 3 things, the Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran hotel is on our checklist of hotels that we might stay at again. Hopefully there will be improvements

There's a whole pack family of cockroaches in the room and moved to a smoking room which smells so bad. No compensation or anything. Bad cleanliness and bad complaint handling. Need to improve more.

I came early because I had something to do, and my child was forced to stay in the lobby and thought it would be difficult to get a room immediately because of early check-in... but the staff/receptionist was quick to help so that my child could immediately get a suitable room and as a result it was only around 12 o'clock, but they were already able to rest in the room... thank you very much

There is a lot to be improved in the room atmosphere, the AC is not optimal, I am with the big name of this hotel.

If you want a non-smoking room, make sure you book a non-smoking room. Because usually I don't click no smoking room, I'm still given the option, but not full time. And the available option is an upgrade room at a price that is almost the same as the price of the room I paid. The smoking room feels like entering an ashtray. And the upgrade room still smells of cigarettes, although not as bad as before. With a double price, I don't think I got what I wanted. Strategic location, very close to JIExpo. Standard hotel breakfast but the availability is a little late. Because all guests want to be quick. Their destinations are mostly the same at the same time. The buttons on the elevator were broken, but fortunately I could still use the elevator next door.
