booked this hotel for head in the cloud concert but it turned out to be postponed because of this pandemic. Overall, everything went great. The breakfast menu is various, there are many choices to eat. I saw the information on receptionist that it has a shuttle to JIEXPO Kemayoran, but you should make it sure to the hotel thank you

I am enjoyed the short vacation in Swiss Belinn Kemayoran. They have a small nice pool and also good scenery during breakfast. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

It was a great stay! The foot taste great though the restaurant is a bit tiny and long queue when breakfast time. There’s a bus shuttle to jiexpo since we stay to attend backstreet boys concert at jiexpo. The room spacious. Will be back for sure 🙂

The service from check in was friendly and fast, but I only got a room facing the main road and the noise from the motorbikes running fast and maybe because the soundproofing was not good in the room, and in the morning I could see the reflection of sunlight from the apartment across from JIEXPO even though it was facing west.

The room was comfortable, the food was quite tasty and varied, the shuttle bus service had an unclear schedule and the staff couldn't confirm the arrival and departure times. I wanted to use the shuttle bus facility but because the schedule was unclear, I didn't.
