Hanya kaget aja, ternyata kalo minta bersihin kamar diatas jam 6 sore itu kena charge lagi, sedangkan sekelas hotel bintang budget saja gak kena charge.

So far it's a quality good hotel. For the services and breakfast meal are excellent, but there's something to improve: the access to the basement parking lot. You have to use the stair. I think it can be the next improvement for the hotel.

When booking, the choice was non-smoking, because the check-in was quite late, so we got a smoking room which was very unexpected because the room and even the corridor smelled of cigarette smoke that didn't go away. It would be better if Swiss-Belin had implemented SMOKE-FREE

I've stayed here several times but this time I was a bit disappointed, I asked for the room to be cleaned, I called everything but they didn't come straight away, I still had to wait a long time.. then the strange thing was that the lights went out in the room twice and I had to wait to call a technician first and it was a long time and I still had to wait even though it should have been fixed quickly.. it's just strange, my experience staying in other hotels has never had a power outage like that
