Great place to stay. Room was clean and protected with covid-19 protocol. It has small and nice refrigerator. I've got street view but quiet from the street noise. But for motorcycle they just gave me outdoor parking, hopefully next time they can give indoor parking for motorcycle to be safer.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The quick and friendly check-in process, refreshing welcome drink, and clean and comfortable room made me feel right at home. The room I was given had an obstructed view, with the window facing a wall, so it was really dark during the day. When I first asked to change the room, the staff didn’t handle it well and told me there were no other options. Later, another staff member managed to find a room, but it was in a different building. Since I already had a lot of luggage unpacked, it was very inconvenient. The issue should have been resolved properly the first time.

In my room (a twin), the AC wasn't cold enough. But since I was only staying for one night, I didn't complain.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. During this stay, I wasn’t staying on the main building as one of the room booked was with extra bed so they assigned us with more spacious room. The checkin process and the extra bed arrangements made smoothly and the customer service was great. Preciously I stayed already at this hotel, but on the main building. Compare to the last stay, I preferred to stay at the main building as the service for the rooms are more attentive as they will frequently check in for room to be made or not in the morning. Where on the other building, there’s not much staff so we always ask for our room to be made when we were out. Additionally, the insulation of the room is also better in the main building as on this stay I can hear people walking and talking pretty clearly when they’re on the hallway which I am not a big fan of. Overall the stay was nice. The location of the hotel is great and the service also very prompt. Every time we requested something, it was responded quickly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staying at Swiss-Belinn Wahid Hasyim was truly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities worked perfectly. The hot water was always on, making showers more relaxing at any time. The air conditioning was also very cool and worked optimally, ensuring a truly restful night after a long day of activities.

It's really comfortable here, it's easy to get there, but the TV has no picture and the signal is cut off because of the "demo". The bed is comfortable and doesn't make you feel sleepy. Thank you.

friendly and fast service, got a room in the west building on the 2nd floor for 1 night, the floor was a bit dirty, the toothbrush amenities were not suitable for use, I tried it and it turned out that after only a few strokes the toothbrush was brittle and the bristles were coming off, the hot water worked, the toilet was clean, the bathroom was clean, the drinking water heater worked. overall it would be better if the room was really clean and the amenities were updated.
