I really enjoyed my 4 nights here, awesome and spacious room, clean bathroom with nice towel. The staffs were very nice, especially Mr. Muamar Khadafi, he’s very helpful and friendly. The foods were also delicious and they gave me what I wanted. Next time when I come back to Belitung, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Check-in and check-out were fine: fast and smooth.
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.
The room was okay, although the bedsheets were a bit stained from age. The towels and footcloths weren't white either, as they were old. A hotel like Swiss Bell should definitely replace them.
The ocean view room I chose was actually fine, but the problem was the numerous insects. I couldn't relax on the balcony. I had to keep the balcony door tightly closed for fear of insects, including geckos, coming in.
Breakfast had a wide variety, but the only tasty option was the egg variety, and there were also lots of flies and insects.
The pool was actually okay and very spacious, but unfortunately, there were many dead insects floating around in the large pool. I wonder why it wasn't cleaned.
Also, the water's pH level seems to have been neglected, as it's unpleasant on the teeth.
The gym is still okay for exercise.
Overall: Maintenance could be improved further.

The hotel's location is very strategic, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, and the view from the hotel room is also very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful in providing various recommendations for tourist destinations. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable, the vibes are like in Santorini 😄

the view from the room is beautiful, the room is very comfortable, the distance to tanjung kelayang and tanjung tinggi is close.
there is also a motorbike rental at a reasonable price of 150 thousand per 24 hours.
suggestion that the beach in the hotel area be cleaned so that it can be used for playing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SwissBel-resort Belitung and overall, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location was perfect for those of you looking for a peaceful holiday. The location is quite far from the city, but with one Indomaret in front of the hotel it is more than enough 😁
What truly stood out, however, the room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and complete amenities. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout my stay.
The service provided by the hotel staff was good. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge services, every interaction was friendly.
If I have one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast offerings. I found the selection, quality and variety to be somewhat lacking compared to other hotels in the same category.
Nevertheless, I would recommend SwissBel-resort Belitung to anyone seeking a comfortable and service-oriented hotel. With a bit of refinement to their breakfast options, I have no doubt this hotel would truly excel.

The room is cute and fits perfectly with the beach atmosphere. The downside is that the porridge during breakfast is not hot. Then there is no beach to play on but you can still lie down in the room and on the big balcony.
