this is my second experience to stay here for two days with my little family.. the room is clean & large.. the price is cheap.. swimming pool is clean so my children excited for swim.. location is strategic.. this place near with restaurant or food court & any attraction places.. very recommended hotel.. thank you radho syariah hotel 😀👍

This is my first time staying in a really dirty hotel 😭😭. The sheets and pillowcases weren't changed, the floor was dirty, the glass was incredibly dirty, the AC wasn't cold at all, I was sweating so much last night that I couldn't sleep. Plus, the next room was full of young people who were up all night joking around while running around the room, making a lot of noise. The room smelled musty, oh my god, this hotel seems like it's never been cleaned. I rushed to check out in the morning because I couldn't stand it anymore, the hotel was really dirty 😭😭

At first, I was wary of reviews from people who had stayed at this hotel. But when my family and I stayed, it turned out to be very good.
The staff was friendly.
The hotel room facilities were complete.
The room cleanliness was standard, and for the price, it was very worth it.
The hot shower worked well.
The AC was also cold. I stayed in room 514, with 3 single spring beds, perfect for children.
The swimming pool, perhaps because it's next to the Sengkaling recreation area, is rarely used by customers, so it's a bit neglected.
Otherwise, I was very satisfied.
Oh yes, before checking in, I checked in online on Traveloka and confirmed via WhatsApp 5 hours before check-in so they had already cleaned and checked all the room facilities before we used them.

The hotel's surroundings are quite pleasant as it directly faces the Sengkaling tourist area, with easy access to food, a varied and delicious breakfast menu, and a quick check-in/out process. However, the hotel's condition feels poorly maintained: the pool water is dirty, the bathroom has cigarette burns, the walls are full of graffiti and need repainting, there are no tissues or slippers available, the air conditioning is not cold even though we were offered a room change, there is a lot of dust in the room which can trigger allergies, and there is no staff to help carry luggage to the room. It's a shame, with a little improvement in facilities and cleanliness, this hotel actually has the potential to be better.

The concept is simple and fits the budget. The staff are friendly and helpful during check-in. Complaints are handled promptly. Prayer mats are provided, and the direction of the Qibla is clearly visible. Maintenance seems to be lacking, especially on the floor and window cleanliness. The location is very strategic, with the price of 300, just ask for help to maintain the cleanliness and upgrade the facilities. The mirror is stained, the shower cannot be adjusted, you have to hold it first, the mattress sags, your whole body aches when you wake up. It's a shame because the hotel is strategic. If it is renovated, it will be crowded. Breakfast for 4 nights here, the second day is buffet, the others only provide fried rice. But luckily you can request to choose white rice and can ask for an omelette with coco crunch. The downside is that the side dishes are cold, they should be cooked when the customer arrives, so it's not very tasty if the breakfast is cold. My suggestion is that breakfast is served when guests arrive, because there are not many so it's quick. Because a cold breakfast is not very tasty in my opinion. And the room should be painted, the mattress should be replaced so the hotel will be more crowded. At least the mirror and mattress should be replaced with new ones. Paint it a little to make it clean. The rooftop is really cool, there is a very clean swimming pool and a really cool view. It's great for hanging out at sunset 😻

The staff are friendly and very nice. The service is good, but the room amenities should be prepared again, the stock should not run out in the warehouse. Because the excuse "Sorry, sir, it seems like our tissue stock was out yesterday" should not exist. But overall, everything is good and comfortable. The food is also delicious, 24-hour access. It's good, in short.
