this is my second experience to stay here for two days with my little family.. the room is clean & large.. the price is cheap.. swimming pool is clean so my children excited for swim.. location is strategic.. this place near with restaurant or food court & any attraction places.. very recommended hotel.. thank you radho syariah hotel 😀👍

Stayed here for two nights as a transit stop on my way to Bromo. Access is easy, as it's right off the main road. The hotel is quite large, and the rooms are quite comfortable. It's just a bit creepy, with dim lighting in the hallways, giving it an old-world hotel feel. Room cleanliness was okay, but the lobby was lacking.

I've stayed here many times because I visit the nearby Islamic boarding school every month. Overall, it's still good. Perhaps what needs improvement is the breakfast. The staff seems a bit lacking, especially with regards to the food containers and the slow refill time. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

1. The room wasn't very clean, no toothbrush or toothpaste. The lights were very dim and some were out, and the TV couldn't be used; it wasn't broken, but there was no TV broadcast at all. I complained and then moved rooms.
2. I moved rooms and got an Android TV, but it couldn't be used because the WiFi was really bad, constantly disconnecting. I ended up using tethering from my personal phone.
3. The swimming pool was dirty, as if it had never been maintained. Cigarette butts were everywhere.
4. Breakfast wasn't varied. I stayed for 4 nights and had the same menu. The dining table wasn't very clean. When I reached for some bread, a baby cockroach was crawling around on the table.

Please fix the front door because the AC is not very cold, because the door does not close properly (there is a gap). The closet is not clean, the soap is usually attached to the wall, this is placed like hand soap, please fix it before guests arrive. I often stay here but this is the first time the door doesn't work.

This is the first time I chose the family suites, the room is clean and comfortable because I brought my child for a vacation...
The breakfast is also delicious and the menu is also varied,

the location of the hotel is easy to reach. right in front of the sengkaling recreation park.
the variety of food is quite a lot, you can choose as much as you like until you are full.
all recommended. 2 x stays, well served. only check in must be at 2 o'clock. even then you still have to wait for the room to be ready.

Check in must be at 2 o'clock even though the files for each room are already available at the admin desk before 1 o'clock. Wait for the new officer on duty at 2 o'clock to be processed.

staying at a traveloka price of 350k is already quite good.. although there are many shortcomings..
we choose a hotel that always has a swimming pool and it turns out that the swimming pool cannot be used.. the room is full of dust and poorly maintained.
the food is delicious and has many variations.. the only plus is the food and the location right in front of the Sengkaling tourist attraction

-TV and AC remotes use multi remotes that are not connected to the device, so they cannot be used
-Indoor AC casing is not screwed properly, so it is very noisy during operation
-There are also some light switches that do not work, so the bedroom lights cannot be turned off

The swimming pool is not very clean... the TV can't be turned on. I contacted the hotel and they said they would fix it from the moment I checked in. No staff came until I checked out... it's pretty good.

The hotel looks like it's not well maintained, the lights are not bright enough, the corridors are a bit scary, the air conditioning is not cold. It's a shame, even though the location is strategic. Hopefully the condition will be better in the future.

The hotel’s in a great location, super close to everything. The service was good, and there’s a pool that’s not too deep—perfect for kids. It could be a bit cleaner, but overall, everything was nice!
