Cool air, good service, clean rooms. Only the position of the villa is at the top, so you have to be ready for a strong vehicle to climb up. Overall viaw is really good.

prtm dtg sama keluarga pengen langsung ganti hotel karena jauh dari harapan dan tidak sesuai foto, kenyataannya hotel tidak terawat, kamar mandinya serem, suasana sekitarnya juga tdk merasa kami nyaman. mungkin lebih cocok buat yang mau nyari adrenalin. kami langsung cari hotel lain lg, walau tau kita sudah bayar disini & tidak ada refund. lebih baik rugi drpd kita tidak nyaman.

When you arrive, you should get a room but get a bungalow. the water is dirty, the bathroom is small, the bathroom is dirty, lots of little stars. when I want to checkout, I also look for the receptionist not there even though I already shouted screaming.

First, the water heater has a problem. Secondly, the water that comes out of the shower is very small in the 2 bathrooms, so it is really difficult to take a shower, especially to bring a child. Then, there is no water boiler. when arrived, the receptionist offered to deliver breakfast to the villa the next morning at the request in the morning ask for breakfast between the villa, the front office said, just go to the restaurant, ma'am? Good, no one night offered to deliver breakfast to the villa, sekungah sent guests to the restaurant. Wait more than 45 minutes. When the telephone was really long breakfast was apparently recommended between restaurants and front office. Confused between which villa. If you are confused, why don't you ask me when I first call between places. If you are confused why not call back to the room, yet there are only a few filled villas. Already waiting for breakfast. Lots of small animals in the villa, dirty water, color items, very disappointed, definitely won't go back again. Pls improve your service and do the renovation for your villa.

This place should not be rented because the water is brown and dirty. We could not take showers. There are no tissues or amenities in the bathroom. The floor is extremely dirty and I was asking for room cleaning but no one showed up. There are no hot water to drink, no electric kettle. We should ask the front office for hot water but we have to ring several times to be answered. The hotel can put ridiculously lavish christmas decoration but no room cleaning, clean water, and hot drinking water for customer. Super upsetting and disappointing

The room is dirty and dusty, the mirror in the room is tilted, the sink is leaking, the phone is not working, the exhaust is not working, the bed sheet is dirty with blood, the hot water is not there in the morning. cold. The breakfast food is tasty but the hygiene is questionable, my wife diarrhea and vomiting in the afternoon after eating there (lots of flies at the restaurant). The rate is also expensive. So much.

Parah ni hotel is not really worth it, the room is leaking, hot water is dead, noisy, late check-in time at 17.00 I immediately went home again at 20.00. Old hotel building not worthy of a room like a warehouse.

The room was dusty, no mineral water, no soap and shampoo, no TV remote, the shower was broken and only a bucket and dipper were provided, the breakfast was less varied, the hotel was noisy with many vehicles passing by. To find the hotel staff is very difficult because there is no standby at the reception desk.

Initially a bit pessimistic read negative comments, but after arriving quite satisfying. Clean, smooth water and hot water can be used at any time. For 3 bedroom bungalows, there is an extra bed. 3. Although soap and shampoo are not provided when asked to be directly delivered. The scenery is also quite good.

Actually this is a pretty decent hotel. The view from the hotel is also handsome, unfortunately it is lacking in maintenance because it is old. So far, so good hot water works well, the bathroom is pretty clean, the room is also pretty clean, the breakfast is pretty good, fried rice, chicken porridge, vermicelli and fried chicken. What makes the championship indeed is the view, I booked a 3 bedrooms room.
