great experienced, nice, cozy, well place to stay

Cleanliness - the floor was not clean, lots of dust and leaving some rubbish under the bed, even got some weird "liquid" on the floor! The toilet washing basin was broken, they should have known and fix it before let customer stay in that room. The swimming pool is so dirty, I only stay in water for few minutes and I cannot stand the dirtiness so I left. Comfort - as said above, cleanliness is very important, that's why I do not feel comfortable. Service - I do not sure if it is the culture issue or what, the whole hotel only one staff is doing the servicing at night, no one pick up the phone at reception counter. I have to go down to the reception counter and no one was there, and I have to look for him. Once I found him, I request for extra pillow and blanket he asked me to pay rp 30,000 for it and there is no receipt for me!! Is this their hotel policy or their personal policy?? The location is quite far away from center of the city, surrounding area no much thing to do.

Swimming pool is dirty. phone not working

Oke, I've become a TSH's guess since last year 2016 with 3x staying overnights. My last trip was from 28-31 Mar17. During my 1st & 2nd I found the hotel facility were quite good however guess services and receptionist were far from expectations standard of 2* hotel.

This hotel Is good for Family traveling

Actually this hotel suitable for Family, cause there's swimming pool for child and adult. Overall this Is a good hotel for stay

When checking in the clerk was not there, it seemed that the employees were limited so all work was handled by 1 person. Kids pool full of moss, rarely cleaned. The condition in the room is that there is a glass window without a curtain so it feels hot because of the sun's light without a hitch.

A lot less fun. Dirty toilet. The drain pipe is leaking/loose. Bad room key. Even the rusty clothes hanger Ms. worn. Dusty room.
