The room smells badly maintained, the bed linen and mattress smell very bad. Dirty floors, bathroom lots of mosquitoes. Water heater does not work.

Nice place to stay! But rather note the guest services should be available when the guest room arrives.

The apartment is for ice * k-ice * k. Used rooms for other people. Dirty and walled sofa. AC is broken. The shower is dead. After we asked the receptionist it was true that this hotel was used for short time for ice * k-es * k.

I booked 14 rooms on February 28 through nomm on the info we can check in at 15.00 but the fact is I came at 16.00 rooms & the apartment is not ready yet so some of our group has to wait and at 20.30 finally we have all the new bookings. Incredible, and the funny thing is that from all the rooms we ordered there was trouble from the room smelled of cigarettes, sofa couch, wather heater short, sheets were not clean, there were no tableware and gas and our intention to order an apartment is usually there is always cooking equipment because many of the group that brought a toddler at a minimum, plus our poor service who complained how come he was jutek. that's our bad day.

The room is not suitable to be occupied, the sofa is still broken in the room and the apartment wants to take it out. Bathroom equipment is broken. AC releases water. Make regret.

Dirty room, bed linen not replaced with new one, lots of small animals on the bed, worst experience staying at this place.

The staff is unprofessional, hotel is dirty, management is irresponsible, not recommended.

Very bad. I don't want to back to the place. Not recommended for people with their family to stay there.
