Tebu Hotel Bandung

We were satisfied staying at Tebu Hotel.

I think the size of the bed too standard for deluxe room

Alhamdulillah....it's good and according to the picture, the room is minimalist but everything functions well...the food is also delicious...the service is also friendly...it's close to the city and there are lots of delicious culinary delights, just walking distance from the viral ones to the new ones...the atmosphere and environment are cool and clean...thank you, Hotel Cane...next time we will visit there again....

Thank God... the room is spacious and according to the picture, the view is nice and the food is delicious... but a little disappointed because the check in time was 2 hours late... even though we had confirmed it since morning... hopefully the service will be improved again... (oh yes, my child's cellphone charger was left in the room, sir/madam, God willing, we will go there again in the near future)... thank you

The staff are friendly, access to the motorbike parking is not very convenient but it is safe, several times there were problems with accessing the parking card but the security guard helped me.

First time staying here and highly recommended

The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Next time I go to Bandung, I'll stay here again because of its strategic location.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and all the staff, from the housekeeping staff to the cleaning staff, are all friendly.

Strategic location for business and family vacation.

Good location, space good for that price.

Initially I recommended my parents to stay at this hotel because of its strategic location, then we arrived at the hotel at 15:30 and we were disappointed because the staff said the room was not ready and the reason was still being inspected, around 16:00 we were only able to get a room, that was after I complained because my parents were tired and had not performed the Ashar prayer. Then after entering the room and turning on the AC, it turned out that the room still felt stuffy, I contacted the receptionist and it took 15 minutes for the technician to come, it turned out that the problem was the AC unit which was only 3/4 PK and the AC filter was dirty. Although the AC filter had been cleaned, because the PK was small, the coldness still felt lacking. After the above problems were resolved, Alhamdulillah during the 3 nights my parents stayed there there were no further problems and some of the advantages of this hotel are the good parking arrangements, the valet attendants were helpful in parking our vehicles, the concierge was quick to help unload goods, then the location of the hotel which is indeed strategic in the Riau road area and there is a minimarket in front of it. Hopefully in the future the quality of reservation management will be improved, most importantly it is time to replace the AC unit with a better one.

Recommended hotel for family

I stayed in a mezzanine room, the design is unique, minimalist and functional. The view is also great.
