Great hotel, comfort thank you. Keep cleaning every where place.

It's 3pm already, but the room is not ready yet. still messy.. with some money left in the bed.. the used towel is still left in the bathroom. The hotel moved me to another room on the 2nd floor but still not as I expected. when I book for 1 large bed, they gave me 2 beds join into 1.. and the bed sheet as well.. its just not proper. Please increase your service and communication between the departments.

Quite a pleasant experience. Rooms can be made to order with a connecting door. But it was not informed that this hotel accepts quarantine guests (isoman) even though they are not covid patients on the same floor as other guests..

Very comfortable, the service is good, only the air conditioner is not so cold. The breakfast menu has many variants and is very tasty. Special request granted. Really love this hotel. Next will be here again.

The room reservation review was not satisfied with the reservation service and hotel commitment, I made a reservation 5 days before checking in, for 2 rooms with connecting doors, 1 king size room and 1 twin room (because my son broke his arm, to facilitate mobilization) and it has been confirmed by the officer when I called. In fact, when I checked in, the connecting door room was not available for reasons depending on availability, I said it was confirmed, but I wasn't available, finally I was given 2 rooms on one floor which were separated by 1 room, but when I checked the room it turned out that it was supposed to be a twin, instead it became a king size. So I had to wait for another room to be prepared on another floor (1 king size room and 1 twin room) with separate room conditions. I complained about this incident and was conveyed by the reception clerk that a compliment would be given, but in fact until I checked out, there was no compliment whatsoever. For the review of the room, the business king size, the room is spacious and comfortable, clean, but toiletries (only 1 toothbrush is available), while the business twin room has complete toiletries. The swimming pool, which is located on the 1st floor adjacent to the restaurant is just a small swimming pool, for children. For breakfast food, our family is happy, because it is complete and tastes good (please see the photo). Hopefully this review helps and becomes feedback for hotel managers.

Kamar luas, bersih dan nyaman sekali. View nya juga oke. Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan.

Kamarnya nyaman, worth it untuk harga segitu + sarapan, hanya saja agak susah kalau pesan grab/gocar/semacamnya karena untuk masuk ke lobby harus pakai karcis parkir yang dibayar dengan e-toll

Jujurly saya menginap di sini sudah kedua kalinya, tapi today dapat kamar yang tidak memuaskan, kaca kotor dan ada pintu penghubung. So sad.😟.
