All facilities and services are good, unfortunately I booked a non-smoking room but when I entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke, the fast-response staff immediately cleaned it and gave it air freshener. Satisfactory impression.

The hotel is located on the side of the road, close to food places, small lift, cold AC, good hot water, the food is quite good, it's just a shame that there were dead flies in the dry tempeh and I gave them to the waiters, please improve hygiene in the cooking process and there were also flies flying around in the restaurant during breakfast, for the others it's okay

Overall this hotel is nice, I have stayed there twice and not just for 1-2 days. Unfortunately this second time there was a lot of heartache starting from the room that was full of ants from the beginning of entering, the time limitation for cleaning the room (still in the room at 10 am and already being rushed to get out), plus on the check out day I only asked for a late check out until 1 am and was completely rejected even though the hotel was very quiet! As for the food, it was delicious but not very kids friendly. Hopefully it can be improved next time.

Everything is good, just feel a little bit disappointed when I asked reception a request to cleaning our room when we were out in the night but when we came back the next day in noon our room was still messy when we felt so tired from Bromo. Please improve the service next time.
