Masha Allah, when I entered the room there was no trace of the smell of cigarette smoke, the room smelled fresh 👍, the air conditioner was really cold for a room that was quite spacious👍, the mattress was really soft👍, the food had lots of variety and was all delicious👍, maybe add a balcony in each room next time, OK? let's make it even more stable hihi 👍🙏🏻

The room is clean, the toilet is clean 👍 the service of the employees and hotel employees is really top, very friendly and alert 👍 the swimming pool is clean, the towels are also clean plus you can get plastic bags for wet clothes 👍 the breakfast food is delicious, all no minus, hotel food for delivery to the room is also good 👍 got a birthday cake reward from the hotel, very memorable stay at Arista Hotel Palembang 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is very comfortable. Moreover, the employees are very friendly. I'm here really helped by the employees if I'm not mistaken the name is Azom. Very good and very busy, people want to be bothered with my family during their stay. The best, azom.

The room is clean, the service is great, for Mbak Eka (receptionist) thank you very much for your help. Check-in can be done quickly, friendly, free baby box, this hotel is indeed the best, highly recommended for family stays. The best hotel I have ever stayed. The food is delicious. For hotel owners, the receptionist can be rewarded for their service.

The best hotel in Palembang. Perfect service, great food, if you want to go to the mall, just cross the road right next to the hotel, there is a mall icon. The Gym and Pool can be used until 21.00. Quality amenities, complete with prayer mats, Al-Qur'an manuscripts and even a New Testament book in the room. There is a price and there is quality.

Hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi di Palembang, overall baik. Semua staff mulai dari security sampai staff restoran semuanya sangat ramah dan help full. Bersih dan nyaman. Akan kembali nginap kalau ke Palembang. Top banget.

Super recommended nginep sini buat staycation sama keluarga, deket mau kemana mana, makanan nya enak semua, ruangan wangi. Receptionist nya ramah apa lagi Mbak Nia super ramah, perhatian sama kita yang bawa anak kecil, di tawarin baby box, mainan anak 💕. Lain kali kita mau nginep sini lagi, pokoknya recommended
