So I arrived at 12.30, I brought my 2 year old child and was told to wait until 2...at 1.30 my child pooped, wanted to rinse the bathroom, the lobby was locked... then the staff lied a lot, said there were still guests, the room had not been cleaned even though it was empty and they made a rule that check out was at 12, it's smart to lie, I have no conscience, the last time I stayed here, even though I often stay at Drupadi, I can stay for a week at the villa, thank you 3, can you check the record?... I'm really fed up here, especially at Villa Javanica, it's really scary at 2 at night from the closet, there was a knock from inside... I never comment when I stay anywhere, because this is too much.. I checked in at a 5 star villa in Lombok, my child pooped at 12.30 and was immediately told to go into the room, not to be told to clean it. lobby....

The hotel was like a ghost mall, with glasses and bottles moving on their own. There were strange noises, especially in the wardrobe.

Location is very good, villa is ok. The cleanliness of the villa could be improved, especially the pool as the bottom of the pool is somehow dirty.
Rooms are huge & spacious, kitchen is equipped just enough for us to reheat the food we had.
The only bad side about the villa is that there are lots of cats around the living room, kitchen area, dining area, and pool. The cats are actually not scared of us as we tried shoosh-ing the cats but they eventually came back. We messaged the villa management, they gave us a spray to get rid of the cats but it only lasted a few minutes before the cats come back. Maybe the management can improve on this.
Because the cats are pretty aggressive as they are able to climb and get on top of the dining table.
Hopefully the management can give warnings to the guests to not give food to the cats because apparently this is the reason why the cats come back (according to the villa management)
But all in all, villa is ok

NOT RECOMMENDED, Villa The catur unit Seger 111, the room has a lot of ghosts, I have often stayed in Bali but I just found and felt like sleeping surrounded by ghosts and too many unreasonable rules, not being allowed to receive guests after 10 pm even though this is a villa, not a hotel🙄staying feels like staying in a boarding house for girls, aka feeling like being in an Islamic boarding school even though life in Bali is bbs, especially the security is annoying, we were even at 3 am instead of being told to rest, we were disturbed via chat to explain the rules, we were charged, we were not allowed to stay overnight even though my driver only dropped us off at the room, my driver only made sure we were safe until the villa, hello security, can you chat to remind us about the rules of the villa, chat after we have had enough rest? Even without being reminded, how many times do we know the ethics and brrtgg answer even if we have guests staying overnight, we are ready to take the risk! After receiving the money, we are allowed to sleep, isn't that funny? We are there at 3 in the morning, we also need rest?
