Been staying in their lLarge room. Great hotel, great service, great staffs! It was a small yet lovely hotel. Also, you should try their potting shed food. Awesome! Definitely will go back and perhaps stay even longer!

Small but very cozy hotel in Bandung. The atmosphere will makes you felt at home. All of the staff are super friendly. The room are clean and feels so comfy. They will give you a welcome drinks, and I recommend you to try the kiwi juice, syupa fresh!. Will definitely come back here again

Smell room so good and clean, very nice design interior but limited slot stuff. SmartTV (netflix, youtube available) but DTV not available the connection always lost/DC and poor wifi connection. In this type room (large) unavailable refrigerator. All staff helpfully and so nice.

It was a great stay here, the atmosphere was chill and there was a bar downstairs, so it was nice to just leave the room and have a mocktail/cocktail and coffee.

I have stayed here for more than 2 times and must I say, this hotel is in my list of most comfy hotels in Bandung.
Pillows are comfy and so soft, breakfast was great, service was great, room’s spot on clean and oh how I love the ambience and decorations of the room! Very industrially…rustic.
I have always find Ciumbuleuit as a very comfy, “fresh and green” area of Bandung. For my fellow runners, I started running at 8.30am-9am and it was far from scorching hot. Also very green and serene, I love it. Perfect place to train your elevations as well.
P.S they serve Indomie from 10pm-6am with price similar to any other warkop outside. You can also rent board games (I saw uno stack, card games, and some other smaller board games)

The place is cute. The staff was friendly and paid great attention to detail. We booked a one-bedroom unit with a queen bed and an extra bed. As requested, the extra bed was already set up before our arrival, so the check-in process went smoothly without any waiting time. The pricing is reasonable. One area for improvement would be the towels — while they were clean, they showed signs of long-term use, with uneven texture and a slightly yellowish color.

Homy & comfy but nothing to do in the surrounding.
The food is low variety but delicious enough.
The staff are kind & helpfull.

Cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom needs improvement. The medium room could also use some upgrades; the squeaky bed, the stained toilet, and the TV remote that’s almost broken. Service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was so far so good.

In my opinion, customer service still needs improvement, especially at the reception desk. I didn't feel a warm welcome there; the staff seemed cold and unfriendly. Perhaps it would be better if they were accustomed to smiling and looking at guests more amicably.
However, I really appreciated the friendliness of the other staff, especially the security guard and the male staff member who served breakfast. They were very friendly, prompt, and professional. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the security guard who found and returned my wife's wallet. His honesty and kindness really impressed us. May he always be blessed with goodness and blessings in his work.

The breakfast really needs to be improved in terms of taste. The mattress is hard :( and noisy, every time you move your body the mattress makes a noise. I happened to bring my child, and my child was startled awake every time the mattress made a noise. Please change the mattress and the bed frame.

friendly staff, cool and fresh hotel atmosphere, there is a 24-hour security guard for motorbike parking too, in front there is a cafe that is quite crowded for hanging out. the breakfast menu is quite varied, the room facilities are okay and clean. easy hotel access and far from the noise of traffic (not heard from the room I stayed in)
